چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: حداکثر درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی بذرهای کلزا در دمای خاصی صورت می‌پذیرد. یافتن این دماها می‌تواند نقش مهمی در تعیین زمان و مکان مناسب برای کشت ارقام مختلف را فراهم نماید. نور نیز می‌تواند بر درصد جوانه‌زنی بذرهای کلزا در دماهای مختلف مؤثر باشد، اما واکنش بذرهای کلزا به نور به‌ویژه درصورت بروز دماهای پایین‌تر و بالاتر از مطلوب چندان مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. از این‌رو، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تغییرات جوانه‌زنی ارقام کلزا در دماهای مختلف و تعیین دماهای کاردینال جوانه‌زنی بر اساس درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی در دو شرایط حضور و عدم حضور نور انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این تحقیق، آزمون جوانه‌زنی در دماهای 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35، 37 و 40 درجه سلسیوس در دو شرایط نور (12 ساعت نور/ 12 ساعت تاریکی) و تاریکی روی نه رقم بهاره (تراپر، آگامکس، هایولا-50، هایولا-420، آرجی‌اس، مهتاب، هایولا-61، ظفر و زرفام) و یک رقم زمستانه (گارو) انجام شد. برای توصیف تغییرات جوانه‌زنی در مقابل زمان از مدل چهار پارامتره هیل و برای محاسبه دماهای کاردینال جوانه‌زنی از مدل دندان‌مانند استفاده شد. بررسی زنده‌مانی بذرها در دماهای پایین‌تر و بالاتر از مطلوب نیز به‌وسیله آزمون تترازولیوم انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: بررسی روند تغییرات درصد جوانه‌زنی تجمعی در طی زمان در ارقام مختلف نشان داد که تمامی ارقام در دامنه دمایی بین 30-15 درجه سلسیوس، برخی در دامنه دمایی 30-10 درجه سلسیوس (هایولا-61) و برخی دیگر حتی در دامنه دمایی 30-5 درجه سلسیوس (آرجی‌اس، مهتاب، گارو، ظفر و زرفام) از حداکثر درصد جوانه‌زنی برخوردار بودند. حداکثر سرعت جوانه‌زنی نیز در تمامی ارقام به طور میانگین در دامنه دمایی 35-22 درجه سلسیوس رخ داد. نور تنها بر درصد جوانه‌زنی بذرهای تحت دماهای پایین‌تر و بالاتر از مطلوب مؤثر بود. در این دماها نور باعث افزایش درصد جوانه‌زنی شد. بذرهای باقی‌مانده در دماهای 5، 10، 35، 37 و 40 درجه سلسیوس پس از انتقال به دمای 20 درجه سلسیوس نیز جوانه نزدند، درحالی که بر اساس آزمون تترازولیوم بیشتر آن‌ها زنده بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: تفاوت در دامنه دمای مطلوب برای درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی نشان داد که برای بهینه‌سازی کارکرد بذرها لازم است دامنه دمای مطلوب مشترک بین درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی به عنوان دمای مطلوب جوانه‌زنی در نظر گرفته شود. در دماهای بالاتر و پایین‌تر از حد مطلوب نور باعث افزایش جوانه‌زنی در برخی از ارقام شد. تأثیر نور بر جوانه‌زنی در دماهای بالا به مراتب بیشتر از دماهای پایین بود. زنده‌مانی بذرهای باقی‌مانده در دماهای پایین‌تر و بالاتر از حد مطلوب در برخی ارقام نیز شواهدی مبنی بر وجود خواب ناشی از دما در ارقام مذکور را ارائه کرد که این موضوع نیاز به بررسی بیشتری در آینده دارد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1-دماهای کاردینال براساس هر دو عامل درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی و تأثیر نور بر آن‌ها بررسی شده است.
2-برخی ارقام جدید نظیر تراپر و آگامکس که اطلاعات زیادی راجع به خصوصیات آن‌ها در اختیار نیست، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
3-در این مطالعه، دلیل عدم جوانه‌زنی بذرهای کلزا در دماهای پایین‌تر و بالاتر از مطلوب به‌ویژه در تاریکی اشاره شده است.
