چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: پرایمینگ یکی از رایج‌ترین روش‌های بهبود بذر می‌باشد. وقایعی مثل افزایش سنتز اسیدهای نوکلئیک، فعال شدن فرآیندهای ترمیمی، افزایش فعالیت‌های تنفسی و بهبود ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی در طی پرایمینگ موجب مجهز شدن بذر به متابولیسم پیشرفته می‌شود. ازجمله مهم‌ترین آثار پرایمینگ افزایش درصد، سرعت و یکنواختی جوانه‌زنی و سبز شدن می‌باشد. با این‌حال محققان مهم‌ترین عامل محدودکننده استفاده از این شیوه را ماندگاری بذرهای پرایمینگ شده می‌دانند. برخی محققان معتقدند پرایمینگ باعث کاهش قابلیت انبارداری بذرها می‌گردد. درحالی‌که عده‌ای دیگر از محققان افزایش ماندگاری بذرها با استفاده از تیمارهای پرایمینگ را گزارش کرده‌اند. ازاین‌رو این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر پرایمینگ بر قابلیت انبارداری بذرهای ارقام کلزا تحت شرایط متفاوت انبارداری طراحی و اجرا شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه اثرات پرایمینگ بر قابلیت ماندگاری بذرهای سه رقم کلزا با نام‌های دی‌کا-ایکس‌پاور، تراپر و هایولا 50 بررسی شد. به این منظور بذرها ابتدا با دو روش هیدروپرایمینگ و اسموپرایمینگ کلرید سدیم تیمار شدند. سپس بذرهای پرایمینگ شده و شاهد با رطوبت‌های 6، 9، 12 و 15 درصد در دماهای 15، 25، 35 و 45 درجه سلسیوس به مدت 8 ماه نگهداری شدند و طی دوره انبارداری نمونه‌برداری از تیمارهای مختلف بذری با فواصل یک تا 30 روز انجام و مورد آزمون جوانه‌زنی قرار گرفتند. در پایان با برازش مدل لجستیک سه‌پارامتره به داده‌های درصد جوانه‌زنی تجمعی در مقابل روز پس از انبارداری، زمان تا کاهش جوانه‌زنی به 50 درصد محاسبه و به‌عنوان معیار مقایسه انبارداری بذرها مورداستفاده قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد رفتار انبارداری بذرهای کلزا بسته به رقم بسیار متفاوت بود و هر رقم رفتار متمایزی از خود نشان داد. همچنین اثرات پرایمینگ بر قابلیت ماندگاری بذرها بسته به شرایط انبارداری، رقم و نوع پرایمینگ متفاوت بود. مقایسه اثرات پرایمینگ بر ماندگاری بذرها در شرایط مختلف انبارداری نشان داد که به‌طورکلی تیمارهای پرایمینگ در شرایط انبارداری با رطوبت بذر و دمای انبار بالاتر کارایی بیشتری نسبت به شرایط انبارداری با رطوبت بذر و دمای انبار پایین‌تر داشتند. همچنین تیمارهای پرایمینگ در رقم دی‌کا-ایکس‌پاور اغلب موجب افزایش ماندگاری بذرها شدند. درحالی‌که در رقم‌های تراپر و هایولا 50 هیدروپرایمینگ اغلب موجب بهبود ماندگاری بذرها و در مقابل اسموپرایمینگ منجر به کاهش ماندگاری بذرها شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های این آزمایش مشخص شد آثار پرایمینگ بر قابلیت حیات بذرهای کلزا می‌تواند از عوامل مختلفی مثل رقم، شرایط مختلف انبارداری و همچنین نوع تیمار پرایمینگ تأثیرپذیر باشد. همچنین در این مطالعه تیمار هیدروپرایمینگ اغلب باعث افزایش قابلیت انبارداری بذرها شد و در مقابل تیمار اسموپرایمینگ غالباً باعث افزایش شدت زوال و کاهش ماندگاری بذرها شد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
  1. رفتار انبارداری بذرهای ارقام کلزا تحت شرایط انبارداری طبیعی مقایسه شد.
  2. تأثیر پرایمینگ بر قابلیت انبارداری بذرهای ارقام کلزا تحت شرایط مختلف انبارداری بررسی گردید.
