هدف: این مطالعه تأثیر پیش‌تیمار مغناطیسی را در بهبود تحمل به خشکی برنج رقم هاشمی در مرحله جوانه‌زنی و رشد اولیه گیاهچه بررسی کرد.
روش پژوهش: آزمایشی فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال ۱۴۰۳ در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد آستارا اجرا شد. بذرهای برنج در معرض میدان‌های مغناطیسی (۰، ۵۰، ۱۰۰ و ۱۵۰ میلی‌تسلا) به مدت ۲۰ یا ۴۰ دقیقه قرار گرفتند و سپس تحت چهار سطح تنش خشکی القاشده با پلی‌اتیلن گلیکول (۰،2-، 5-، و ۱۰- بار) قرار گرفتند. شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و صفات فیزیولوژیکی شامل پرولین، مالون‌دی‌آلدئید و کلروفیل پس از ۲۵ روز اندازه‌گیری شدند.
یافته‌ها: مقایسه میانگین برهمکنش‌ها نشان داد که در نبود میدان الکترومغناطیسی، افزایش تنش خشکی از ۰ تا ۱۰- بار به‌طور معنی‌داری درصد جوانه‌زنی را از ۹۷ به ۶۶/۵۳ درصد، سرعت جوانه‌زنی را از 43/0 به 19/0 بذر در روز و طول ریشه‌چه از 8/65 به 66/28، طول ساقه‌چه از 33/45 به 33/17میلی‌متر کاهش داد. با این حال، کاربرد میدان مغناطیسی ۱۰۰ میلی‌تسلا این کاهش‌ها را به‌ترتیب برای درصد جوانه‌زنی و طول گیاهچه به حدود ۲۴ و ۴۹ درصد محدود کرد که بیانگر بهبود بیش از ۲۰ درصدی در حفظ توان جوانه‌زنی است. با افزایش تنش خشکی، محتوای پرولین از 01/1 به 34/8 میکرومول بر گرم وزن‌تر و مالون‌دی‌آلدئید از 40/4 به 00/8 میلی‌مول بر گرم وزن‌تر افزایش یافت، در حالی‌که کلروفیل a از 64/0 به 17/0 و کلروفیل b از 75/0 به 32/0 میلی‌گرم بر گرم وزن‌تر کاهش یافت. در شاهد، کلروفیل a حدود ۷۲ درصد کاهش نشان داد، در حالی‌که در شدت ۱۰۰ میلی‌تسلا این کاهش به 8/56 درصد محدود شد که حاکی از بهبود تقریباً ۱۵ درصدی است. تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که اثر شدت میدان مغناطیسی بر صفات مورد بررسی به سطح تنش خشکی وابسته بوده و از الگوی یکنواختی پیروی نمی‌کند؛ به‌طوری‌که در تنش شدید (۱۰- بار)، هیچ رابطه خطی معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: کاربرد پیش‌تیمار مغناطیسی در محدوده بهینه می‌تواند به‌عنوان روشی ساده، زیست‌سازگار و کاربردی برای افزایش تحمل به خشکی در بذر برنج و بهبود استقرار اولیه گیاهچه در شرایط نامساعد محیطی به‌کار رود. در پژوهش حاضر، تیمار ۱۰۰ میلی‌تسلا به مدت ۴۰ دقیقه باعث بهبود شاخص‌های بنیه گیاهچه از نظر طول و وزن شد. این یافته‌ها افق‌های تازه‌ای را برای کاربرد فناوری‌های فیزیکی در مدیریت تنش‌های کشاورزی گشوده و زمینه را برای تحقیقات بیشتر در شرایط مزرعه‌ای فراهم می‌سازد.
جنبه‌های نوآوری
  • پاسخ جوانه‌زنی به میدان‌های مغناطیسی غیرخطی بوده و به شدت میدان و سطح تنش خشکی وابسته است.
  • پیش‌تیمار مغناطیسی با شدت ۱۰۰ میلی‌تسلا به مدت ۴۰ دقیقه، اثرات تنش خشکی را تا ۲۰ درصد در صفات جوانه‌زنی کاهش می‌دهد.
  • پیش‌تیمار مغناطیسی راهبردی ساده و زیست‌سازگار برای بهبود استقرار گیاهچه برنج در شرایط خشکی ارائه می‌دهد.
