چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: بذرهای گلرنگ سرشار از اسیدهای چرب غیر اشباع با قابلیت زیاد برای پراکسیداسیون بوده که در طی دوره انبارداری پتانسیل بالایی برای کاهش قابلیت جوانه‌زنی و بنیه بذر دارند. بنابراین، یافتن روش‌های مناسب جهت حفظ یا بهبود بنیه بذرهای ذخیره شده بسیار مفید است. هدف از آزمایش بررسی اثرات پرایمینگ بذر بر قابلیت جوانه‌زنی و بنیه بذرهای گلرنگ (ارقام صفه و سینا) بود.
مواد و روشها: آزمایش بصورت سه عاملی در قالب طرح پایه کاملا ً تصادفی با سه تکرار پیش از زوال مصنوعی و پس از آن انجام شد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل زوال کنترل شده بذر در دمای 45 درجه سلسیوس در شش سطح (بدون زوال، 1، 2، 3، 4 و 6 روز) و پرایمینگ در چهار سطح (بدون پرایم، هیدروپرایمینگ، اسید سالیسیلیک 50 میلی‌گرم در لیتر و کلرید سدیم 5 درصد) بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که زوال مصنوعی قابلیت جوانه‌زنی و بنیه بذرهای گلرنگ را به شدت و به صورت خطی کاهش می‌دهد و در فاصله زمانی بین 5/4-5/2 روز (بسته به نوع تیمار و صفت مورد بررسی) قابلیت جوانه‌زنی و بنیه بذر به صفر می‌رسد. استفاده از پرایمینگ پیش از زوال مصنوعی از سودمندی بیشتری در مقایسه با پرایمینگ پس از زوال مصنوعی برخوردار بود. به‌علاوه، روش پرایمینگ با اسید سالیسیلیک از سودمندی بیشتری در مقایسه با سایر تیمارهای پرایمینگ برخوردار بود.
نتیجه گیری: پرایم کردن بذر گلرنگ قبل از انبارداری می­تواند به افزایش ماندگاری بذر کمک کند و در عین حال توانایی جوانه‌زنی بذر را نیز حفظ کند.

جنبه­ های نوآوری:
  1. اثر پرایمینگ قبل و بعد از زوال مصنوعی بر قابلیت جوانه­زنی و بنیه بذرهای گلرنگ مقایسه و بررسی شد.
  2. تاثیر پرایمینگ قبل و بعد از زوال بر بهبود کیفیت بذر ارقام گلرنگ متفاوت بود.
