چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: از عوامل اصلی عدم ثبات عملکرد نخود برخورد مراحل زایشی با خشکی و گرمای آخر فصل است، یکی از راهبرد‌های مناسب به منظور بهبود عملکرد نخود، کشت پاییزه آن است. از طرفی تنش یخ‌زدگی از عوامل محدود کننده کشت پاییزه نخود محسوب می‌گردد. اخیراً، پیش‌تیمار بذر به‌عنوان یک روش ضروری برای القای تحمل گیاهان در برابر تنش‌های مختلف توسعه‌یافته است. پیش‌تیمار در پاسخ‌های دفاعی گیاه به تنش منجر به واکنش سریع گیاه خواهد شد. یخ‌زدگی به‌عنوان یکی از تنش‌های محیطی، رشد و نمو بسیاری از گیاهان نقاط مختلف جهان را محدود می‌کند. مطالعات حاکی از این است که علاوه بر خوسرمایی، رویدادهای تنش‌زا کوتاه‌مدت زیستی و غیر زیستی به نام پیش‌تیمار نیز می‌توانند تحمل گیاهان به یخ‌زدگی را افزایش دهد. این فرآیند پاسخ به یخ‌زدگی را به‌طور مفید تغییر می‌دهد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی پژوهشکده علوم گیاهی در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال 1397 انجام شد. عوامل آزمایشی شامل تیمار دمایی در چهار سطح (صفر، 12-، 15- و 17- درجه سلسیوس)، پیش تیمار بذر در 10 سطح (شاهد (بدون پیش‌تیمار)، هیدروپرایمینگ، کلرید سدیم، اسید سالیسیلیک، نیتروپروساید سدیم، باکتری‌های حل‌کننده فسفر و پتاسیم، آمینواسید، نیترات پتاسیم و سولفات روی) و ژنوتیپ‌های نخود در چهار سطح (MCC505، ILC8617، MCC495 و رقم سارال) بودند. در این آزمایش درصد بقاء، درصد نشت الکترولیت‌ها، دمای 50 درصد کشندگی بر اساس نشت و دمای 50 درصد کشندگی بر اساس بقاء مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد پیش‌تیمارهای هیدروپرایمینگ، نیتروپروساید سدیم و سولفات روی اثرات مطلوبی بر درصد بقاء و نشت الکترولیت‌ها داشتند که از این میان تیمار نیتروپروساید سدیم توانست نسبت به تیمار شاهد در دمای 15- و 17- درجه سلسیوس در رقم سارال، دمای 15- درجه سلسیوس در ژنوتیپ ILC8617 و دمای 12- و 15- درجه سلسیوس در ژنوتیپ MCC495 منجر به افزایش درصد بقاء به ترتیب 23، 68، 58، 85 و 55 درصد شود. همچنین تیمار مذکور نسبت به تیمار شاهد در دمای 15- درجه سلسیوس در ژنوتیپ ILC8617 منجر به کاهش 13 درصدی نشت الکترولیت‌ها شد. علاوه بر این تیمار مذکور نسبت به تیمار شاهد منجر به کاهش 40 درصدی دمای 50 درصد کشندگی بر اساس بقاء در ژنوتیپ MCC495 گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی نتایج بیانگر افزایش نشت الکترولیت‌ها و کاهش درصد بقاء تحت تنش یخ‌زدگی بود. کاربرد پیش‌تیمار با القای تحمل به یخ‌زدگی، توانست فراتر از تیمار شاهد خوسرما شده پیش رود و منجر به کاهش دمای 50 درصد کشندگی بر اساس بقاء و نشت الکترولیت‌ها در ژنوتیپ MCC495 گردد. علاوه بر این پاسخ پیش‌تیمار به منظور تحمل به یخ‌زدگی میان نشت الکترولیت‌ و درصد بقاء بیشتر در حفظ بقاء مؤثر بود.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- تأثیر پیش‌تیمارهای مختلف بر تحمل به یخ‌زدگی بذر نخود بررسی و مشخص شد.
2- آستانه تحمل به یخ‌زدگی گیاهچه‌های نخود در شرایط آزمایشگاهی تحت پیش‌تیمارهای مختلف تعیین شد.
3- پاسخ ژنوتیپ‌ها به پیش‌تیمارها و رفتار ژنوتیپ‌ها نسبت به همدیگر بررسی گردید.
