چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: بذرها برای بقا و ماندگاری نیازمند جوانه‌زنی موفق در زمان و شرایط مطلوب می‌باشند. گاهی اوقات حتی در شرایط مطلوب محیطی و ژنتیکی بذر، عدم جوانه‌زنی یا جوانه‌زنی همراه با تأخیر اتفاق می‌افتد که به چنین بذرهایی، بذرهای دارای خفتگی گفته می‌شود. خفتگی بذر می‌تواند آثار مثبت در گریز از شرایط نامطلوب و تضمین بقا در آن محیط داشته باشد. با این حال خفتگی بذر گیاهان زراعی از طریق جلوگیری از جوانه‌زنی، سبب کاهش سبز شدن و کاهش عملکرد می‌شود. در ایجاد خفتگی بذر ترکیبی از عوامل محیطی و عوامل ژنتیکی بذر دخیل است. به طورکلی خفتگی بذر شامل خفتگی فیزیکی، خفتگی فیزیولوژیک، خفتگی مورفولوژیک، خفتگی مورفوفیزیولوژیک و خفتگی چندگانه می‌باشد که جهت رفع خفتگی بذر می‌توان از تیمارهای خراش‌دهی فیزیکی/شیمیایی، استراتیفیکاسیون سرد و گرم، آبشویی، تیمارهای هورمونی، پس‌رسی، نور و تیمارهای ترکیبی، بسته به نوع خفتگی استفاده کرد. از این رو در این مطالعه با استفاده از مطالعات داخلی انجام شده در زمینه خفتگی بذر در گونه‌های مختلف گیاهی، به شناخت و بررسی انواع خفتگی در گونه‌های مختلف گیاهی پرداخته شده و اطلاعات کلی و کاربردی در این خصوص ارائه شده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تعداد 168 گزارش منتشر شده روی 250 گونه گیاهی در 20 سال اخیر که در حوزه‌ی خفتگی بذر گیاهان دارویی، علف‌هرز، مرتعی، زینتی و زراعی منتشر شده بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس درصد گیاهان مورد مطالعه و تیره‌های گیاهی و هم‌چنین سهم انواع خفتگی بذر و تیمارهای مناسب جهت رفع خفتگی بذر، تعیین شد.
یافته‌ها: در بین گونه‌های گیاهی مورد مطالعه بیشترین نوع خفتگی مربوط به خفتگی فیزیولوژیک (50 درصد) مشاهده شد و پس از آن خفتگی فیزیکی، خفتگی چندگانه، خفتگی مورفوفیزیولوژیک و کم‌ترین سهم خفتگی در گونه‌های گیاهی مورد مطالعه مربوط به خفتگی مورفولوژیک (61/1 درصد) بود. موثرترین تیمارها جهت رفع خفتگی فیزیولوژیک استفاده از تیمارهای استراتیفیکاسیون سرد، اسید جیبرلیک و نیترات پتاسیم بود. همچنین موثرترین تیمارها برای رفع خفتگی فیزیکی استفاده از تیمارهای خراش‌دهی فیزیکی و مکانیکی، خراش‌دهی شیمیایی و تیمار نیترات پتاسیم بود. با استناد بر نتایج: جهت رفع خفتگی مورفولوژیک استفاده از تیمارهای دمایی و سپس تیمارهای اسید جیبرلیک و نیترات پتاسیم قابل توصیه است. برای رفع خفتگی مورفوفیزیولوژیک استفاده از تیمارهایی جهت بلوغ بذرهای تمایز نیافته یا تمایز یافته کوچک (رفع خفتگی مورفولوژیک) و هم‌چنین تیمارهایی جهت مقابله با عوامل بازدارنده جوانه‌زنی یا جبران نبود تحریک‌کننده‌های جوانه‌زنی قابل توصیه می‌باشد. همچنین بیشترین تیمار استفاده شده برای رفع خفتگی مورفوفیزیولوژیک با بررسی‌های انجام شده تیمارهای استراتیفیکاسیون سرد و اسید جیبرلیک بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با شناسایی نوع خفتگی و اعمال تیمارهای مناسب می‌توان جوانه‌زنی گیاهان اقتصادی و ارزشمند را بهبود بخشید.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
  1. انواع خفتگی در گونه‌های گیاهی بومی ایران از طریق اطلاعات مطالعات داخلی  بررسی و گزارش جامع در خصوص خفتگی بذر برای اولین بار ارائه شد.
  2. اطلاعات کلی و کاربردی در خصوص خفتگی بذر، عوامل مؤثر و روش‌های رفع آن به صورت کاربردی مرور گردید.
