 چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: از آن‌جا که کلریدسدیم محلول‌ترین و فراوان‌ترین نمک موجود می‌باشد، بدیهی است که تمامی گیاهان سازوکارهایی را به‌منظور مهار انباشت آن به‌کار گیرند. پیچک یکی از ده علف‌هرز مسئله‌ساز دنیاست که تکثیر آن به وسیله بذر، ریشه‌های خزنده زیرزمینی و ریزوم می‌باشد. سامانه ریشه‌ای وسیع همراه با جوانه‌های بسیار زیاد و مواد اندوخته‌ای فراوان، سبب مقاوم‌تر شدن پیچک در رقابت با گیاه زراعی در شرایط تنش شوری یا کم آبی می‌گردد. شناخت صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی علف‌هرز پیچک در شرایط تنش شوری و مقایسه شاخص تحمل به شوری آن در زمان جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه‌ای، می‌تواند در مهار موفق آن تأثیر بسزایی داشته باشد. به منظور بررسی جوانه‌زنی و صفات رویشی گیاهچه پیچک تحت تنش شوری دو آزمایش جداگانه اجرا گردید.
مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش جوانه‌زنی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 9 سطح شوری شامل آب مقطر (شاهد)، 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35 و 40 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر با 4 تکرار در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و آزمایش گلدانی در 5 سطح شوری شامل آب تصفیه (شاهد)، 10، 20، 30 و 40 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر با سه تکرار در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در گلخانه دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز اجرا گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درصد جوانه‌زنی، شاخص بنیه بذر با افزایش شوری کاهش ولی نسبت طولی ریشه‌چه به ساقچه افزایش یافت. صفات رشدی ریشه و اندام هوایی پس از دو هفته تنش کاهش نشان داد. طبق مدل لجستیک برازش داده شده به شاخص تحمل پیچک صحرایی، در مرحله گیاهچه‌ای، شوری بیش از 86/7 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر سبب کاهش 50 درصدی تحمل به شوری گیاه گردید و 50 درصد بازدارندگی تحمل جوانه‌زنی به شوری در سطح 84/19 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر برآورد شد که بیانگر این است که آستانه تحمل به شوری پیچک در مرحله جوانه‌زنی سه برابر تحمل این گیاه در مرحله گیاهچه‌ای است.
نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش نسبت طولی ریشه‌چه به ساقچه در جوانه‌زنی تا سطح شوری 25 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر و همچنین در مرحله گیاهچه‌ای بالا رفتن انشعابات فرعی ریشه تا سطوح شوری 20 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر مشاهده گردید. به‌نظر می‌رسد حفظ سطح و انشعابات ریشه یکی از سازوکارهای تحمل به شوری در پیچک‌صحرایی باشد. طبق مدل لجستیک سه پارامتره، حد تحمل به شوری پیچک در مراحل جوانه‌زنی و گیاهچه‌ای به‌ترتیب حدود 20 و 8 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر برآورد گردید.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- آستانه تحمل به شوری پیچک در جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه اندازه‌گیری شد.
2- شاخص تحمل به شوری پیچک در جوانه‌زنی و گیاهچه‌ای مقایسه و معرفی صفت تاثیرگذار در تحمل به شوری پیچک معرفی گردید.
3- بهترین مدل سیگموییدی بر اساس معیار شوری برای شاخص تحمل به شوری پیچک‌صحرایی معرفی شد.
