چکیده مبسوط
 مقدمه: گیاهان بسیاری از مواد شیمیایی فعال زیستی را از بخش‌های مختلف مانند برگ، ساقه و ریشه از طریق سازوکار‌های مختلف به محیط پیرامون خود منتشر می‌کنند. این مواد شیمیایی زیست فعال اغلب به عنوان مواد آللوشیمیایی نامیده می‌شوند. ترکیبات دگرآسیب نقش عمده‌ای در کاهش رشد و جوانه‌زنی محصولات زراعی دارند.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه اثر آبشویی بر کاهش سمیت چهار گیاه سویا، سیاهدانه، بادرشبو و شوید بر سبز شدن و رشد اولیه کلزا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایش بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با چهار تکرار در سال 1395 در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهرکرد انجام شد. تیمارها شامل شامل چهار نوع گیاه پیش کاشت (سویا، سیاهدانه، بادرشبو و شوید) و سه سطح آبشویی (بدون آبشویی، یکبار آبشویی و دوبار آبشویی) بودند. تیمار بدون آبشویی به منظور یکسان بودن رطوبت محیط از کف آبیاری شد. پنج روز بعد از آبشویی اول تیمارهای دو بار آبشویی دوباره از سطح آبیاری شدند. پنج روز بعد از آبشویی دوم زمانی که رطوبت خاک برای کشت مناسب بود در هر گلدان 10 بذر کلزا در عمق 3 سانتی‌متری خاک با فاصله معین کشت شد. پس از سه هفته گیاهچه‌های کلزا از گلدان خارج و صفات مورد نظر اندازه‌گیری شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد ویژگی‌های رشدی کلزا به استثنای طول ریشه تحت تأثیر بقایای گیاهی و آبشویی قرار گرفت. در شرایط بدون آبشویی، بقایای چهار گیاه سرعت و میزان سبز شدن کلزا را کاهش دادند و بیشترین کاهش سبزشدن کلزا در استفاده از بقایای سیاهدانه به میزان 5/7 درصد ثبت شد. در شرایط آبشویی طول برگ کلزا افزایش یافت و این افزایش در تیمار دو بار آبشویی بیشتر بود. این روند نشان می‌دهد با افزایش میزان دفعات آبشویی به احتمال زیاد مواد بازدارنده بیشتری از خاک خارج می‌شود و شرایط برای جوانه‌زنی و رشد کلزا فراهم می‌گردد. بیشترین وزن خشک ریشه کلزا در تیمار یکبار آبشویی مشاهده گردید. وزن خشک برگ کلزای رشد یافته در بقایای شوید و سویا با یک بار آبشویی بیشتر شد در حالی که وزن خشک کلزا رشد یافته در بقایای سیاهدانه و بادرشبو در شرایط دو بار آبشویی افزایش بیشتری نشان داد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که چهار گیاه مورد مطالعه دارای مواد بازدارنده رشد کلزا هستند. با آبشویی می‌توان این اثر را تخفیف داد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که شاخص پاسخ کلزا در خاک حاوی بقایای سیاهدانه و بادرشبو با دوبار آبشویی بیشتر است و در خاک حاوی بقایای گیاهی شوید یکبار آبشویی کفایت می‌کند. در خاک حاوی بقایای گیاهی سویا در صورت انجام یکبار و دوبار آبشویی شاخص پاسخ تقریبا یکسان بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی نتایج حاصل نشان داد که اعمال یک مرحله آبشویی قبل از کاشت کلزا سبب کاهش اثرات بازدارنده بقایای گیاهی بر جوانه‌زنی و رشد کلزا می‌گردد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود در اکوسیستم‌های زراعی که کلزا پاییزه در تناوب زراعی است بایستی در شرایط وجود بقایای گیاه سویا، سیاهدانه، بادرشبو و شوید از کشت کلزا خودداری کرد تا اثرات ممانعت کننده رشد کلزا از بین رود و در مناطقی که محدودیت آب آبیاری امکان انجام آبشویی را محدود می‌نماید بارندگی پاییزه میتواند به عنوان آبشویی عمل کرده و اثر ترکیبات آللوپاتیک را کاهش دهد. در صورت عدم امکان آبشویی بایستی از کشت کلزا در داخل بقایای این گیاهان خودداری کرد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- آبشویی می‌تواند اثر ترکیبات آللوپاتیک را با سبز شدن کلزا تقلیل دهد.
2- ترکیبات آللوپاتیک برخی گیاهان مانند سیاهدانه در برابر دو مرحله آبشویی پاسخ بهتری را نشان داد.
