هدف: این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی اثر دما، شوری و پرایمینگ بذر بر جوانه‌زنی و تعیین دماهای کاردینال (دمای پایه، مطلوب و بیشینه) جوانه‌زنی بذر کاملینا انجام گردید.
مواد و روش‌ها: تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سطوح مختلف پرایمینگ بذر (بدون پرایم، پرایمینگ با آب، پرایمینگ با اسید جیبرلیک و براسینواستروئید 50 میلی‌گرم در لیتر)، شوری (صفر، 100 و 200 میلی‌مولار) و دماهای مختلف (5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35 و 40 درجه سلسیوس) بود. برای برآورد دماهای کاردینال، سه مدل رگرسیون غیرخطی دندان‌مانند، دو‌تکه‌ای و بتا برازش داده شد و دقت آن‌ها با معیارهای RMSE، CV، و SE ارزیابی گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که جوانه‌زنی بذر کاملینا به‌طور معنی‌داری تحت تأثیر برهم‌کنش همزمان دما، شوری و تیمارهای پرایمینگ قرار دارد و هیچ‌یک از این عوامل به‌صورت مستقل قابل تفسیر نیستند. بیشترین درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی در دمای 20 درجه سلسیوس و در شرایط بدون تنش شوری، به‌ویژه با کاربرد اسید جیبرلیک و براسینواستروئید 50 میلی‌گرم در لیتر، حاصل شد؛ در حالی‌که ترکیب دماهای بالا (به‌ویژه 35 درجه) و شوری 200 میلی‌مولار موجب کاهش شدید یا توقف جوانه‌زنی گردید. پرایمینگ هورمونی علاوه بر افزایش درصد جوانه‌زنی، با کاهش زمان رسیدن به 50 درصد جوانه‌زنی، سبب افزایش سرعت جوانه‌زنی شد و دمای پایه را کاهش و دامنه تحمل حرارتی را بهبود بخشید. در مقایسه سه مدل استفاده شده با توجه به پارامترهای RMSE، CV، R2، SE مدل دوتکه‌ای و دندان مانند مناسب‌ترین مدل جهت تخمین دماهای کاردینال بذر کاملینا بود. نتایج نشان داد که مناسب‌ترین تیمار استفاده از پرایمینگ با براسینواستروئید بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از پرایمینگ، به‌ویژه براسینواستروئید و اسید جیبرلیک، می‌تواند به‌عنوان راهکاری مؤثر برای بهبود استقرار بذر کاملینا در شرایط تنش شوری و نوسانات دمایی توصیه شود. استفاده از مدل‌های رگرسیون غیرخطی از جمله دندان‌مانند، دو‌تکه‌ای و بتا می‌تواند به‌طور مؤثر برای کمی‌سازی پاسخ جوانه‌زنی بذر کاملینا به دما، شوری و پرایمینگ بذر به کار رود؛ بنابراین با استفاده از خروجی این مدل‌ها در دماهای مختلف، می‌توان سرعت جوانه‌زنی را تحت تیمارهای مختلف پرایمینگ و سطوح شوری پیش‌بینی نمود.
جنبه‌های نوآوری:
  • اثر دما، شوری و پرایمینگ بر جوانه‌زنی بذر کاملینا بررسی شد.
  • اثر پرایمینگ بذر بر دماهای کاردینال بذر کاملینا تحت شرایط تنش شوری مطالعه گردید.
  • مقایسه و انتخاب مدل غیرخطی برتر (دندان‌مانند و دو‌تکه‌ای) برای تخمین دماهای کاردینال کاملینا تحت تنش شوری و پرایمینگ انجام شد.
