چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: جوانه‌زنی اولین و مهم‌ترین مرحله استقرار و متعاقب آن رقابت موفقیت‌آمیز به شمار می‌رود که متأثر از عوامل ژنتیکی و محیطی است. از بین عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر جوانه‌زنی، دما و نور مهم‌ترین عوامل هستند. با استفاده از مدل‌های مختلف می‌توان پاسخ جوانه‌زنی بذر به دما را کمی‌سازی کرد؛ بنابراین، این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر دما بر جوانه‌زنی و کمی‌سازی پاسخ جوانه‌زنی بذر دیلار (Fagopyrum esculentum Moenc.) به دما با استفاده از مدل‌های رگرسیون غیرخطی و مدل زمان‌دمایی به اجرا درآمد.
مواد و روش‌ها: بذرها در چهار تکرار 25 بذری تحت 8 تیمار دمایی ثابت (5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35 و 40 درجه سلسیوس) مورد آزمون جوانه‌زنی قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از مدل لجستیک سه پارامتره، جوانه‌زنی بذر دیلار به سطوح مختلف دما کمی‌سازی شد و درصد و زمان رسیدن به 50 درصد جوانه‌زنی به‌دست آمد. جهت کمی‌سازی واکنش سرعت جوانه‌زنی بذر دیلار به دما از 4 مدل رگرسیون غیرخطی و مدل زمان‌دمایی استفاده شد. جهت مقایسه مدل‌ها و تعیین مناسب‌ترین مدل از شاخص ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، ضریب تبیین (R2)، ضریب تغییرات (CV) و خطای استاندارد (SE) برای سرعت جوانه‌زنی مشاهده شده در مقابل سرعت جوانه‌زنی پیش­بینی شده استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که دما علاوه بر درصد جوانه‌زنی بر طول گیاهچه، درصد گیاهچه طبیعی، بنیه بذر و سرعت جوانه‌زنی نیز اثر گذار بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دما تا دمای 20 و 25 درجه سلسیوس شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی افزایش یافت. در مقایسه 3 مدل استفاده شده با توجه به پارامترهای RMSE، CV، R2، SE مناسب‌ترین مدل جهت تخمین دماهای کاردینال دیلار مدل دندان مانند بود. نتایج استفاده از مدل زمان‌دمایی نشان داد که دمای پایه بذر دیلار 01/4 درجه سلسیوس و ضریب زمان‌دمایی 6/1242 ساعت درجه سلسیوس بود.
نتیجه گیری: استفاده از مدل‌های رگرسیون غیرخطی (دو تکه‌ای، دندان مانند و بتا) و مدل زمان‌دمایی جهت کمی‌سازی پاسخ جوانه‌زنی بذر دیلار در دماهای مختلف دارای نتایج قابل قبولی بود. بنابراین با استفاده از خروجی این مدل‌ها در دماهای مختلف می‌توان سرعت جوانه‌زنی و درصد جوانه‌زنی را پیش‌بینی نمود.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
  1.  بهترین دما برای جوانه‌زنی بذر دیلار 20 تا 25 درجه سلسیوس است.
  2. مناسب‌ترین مدل جهت تعیین دماهای کاردینال دیلار دندان مانند تعیین شد.
