چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: بذر مهمترین عامل تولید مثل جنسی در گیاهان است که نقش مهمی در انتقال خصوصیات وراثتی، پراکنش و استقرار گیاه در مناطق مختلف دارد. جوانه‌زنی بذر از مهمترین و پیچیده‌ترین مراحل چرخه زندگی گیاهان می‌باشد که تحت تأثیر عوامل ژنتیکی و محیطی قرار می‌گیرد. تنش خشکی از موانع اصلی تولید محصولات زراعی، باغی و بومی در بسیاری از نقاط دنیا به‌ویژه مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک، مانند ایران، محسوب می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تنش خشکی بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی و جوانه‌زنی بذر توده‌های مختلف کنار به عنوان گونه‌ای مرتعی- دارویی و مناسب جهت کنترل فرسایش خاک در مناطق خشک صورت گرفت.
 مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه علوم و تکنولوژی بذر
دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه یاسوج در سال 1397 انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل توده‌های بذری کنار جمع‌آوری شده از شهرستان‌های میناب، کازرون، مسجدسلیمان و دهدشت و پنج سطح پتانسیل آبی صفر، 2-، 4-، 6-، و 8- بار بود.
یافته‌ها: در پژوهش حاضر اثر پتانسیل اسمزی، توده و برهمکنش آن‌ها بر شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی (درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول گیاهچه، ضریب آلومتری و بنیه طولی) و بیوشیمیایی (پراکسیدهیدروژن، پروتئین، پرولین، فعالیت کاتالاز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز) بذر کنار معنی‌دار بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر پتانسیل اسمزی بر تمامی شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی ذکر شده به استثنای ضریب آلومتری کاهشی بود؛ با افزایش شدت پتانسیل اسمزی محتوای پروتئین‌های محلول بذر روند کاهشی و میزان پرولین، فعالیت کاتالاز و آسکوربات‌پراکسیداز روند افزایشی داشت. با افزایش شدت تنش اسمزی طول ریشه‌چه درگیاهچه افزایش چشمگیری داشت که سبب افزایش شاخص ضریب آلومتری گیاهچه شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و بیوشیمیایی بذرهای کنار در همه توده‌ها با کاهش پتانسیل اسمزی تغییرات چشمگیری داشتند و کاهش پتانسیل اسمزی با کاهش جوانه‌زنی و قدرت استقرار بذر کنار همراه بود. این نتایج می‌تواند ما را در شناخت پیش‌نیازهای جوانه‌زنی و توسعه سطح جنگل‌های کنار کمک نماید.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی بذرهای مربوط به چند توده بذری کنار تحت پتانسیل‌های آبی مختلف بررسی شد.
2- جنبه‌های بیوشیمیایی مرتبط با جوانه‌زنی بذر در چند توده کنار ارزیابی گردید.
