 چکیده مبسوط
 مقدمه: شوری از مهم‌ترین عوامل زیان‌بار در نواحی خشک و نیمه‌خشک جهان است که تولید گیاه را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. ریزجانداران می‌توانند نقش مهمی را در سازگاری گیاهان به شرایط تنش ایفا کنند و با تولید هورمون‌های تحریک‌کننده رشد گیاهی از قبیل سیتوکینین، اسیدجیبرلیک، اکسین، اسیدهای آمینه ویتامین‌های گروه B، به رشد بیشتر گیاه کمک کرده و نقش مهمی در افزایش تحمل گیاهان در شرایط نامساعد محیطی داشته باشند.
مواد و روش‌ها: این آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در دانشگاه شاهد تهران اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل شوری در 4 سطح (صفر، 40، 80 و 120 میلی‌مولار کلرید سدیم) و پیش‌تیمار زیستی در هشت سطح (عدم تلقیح، تلقیح با قارچ Trichoderma harzianum سویه BI، تلقیح با کود زیستی ازتوبارور 1، تلقیح با کود زیستی فسفاته بارور 2، تلقیح با تلفیق قارچ و کود زیستی ازتوبارور 1، تلقیح با تلفیق قارچ و کود زیستی فسفاته بارور 2، تلقیح با تلفیق کودهای زیستی ازتوبارور 1 و فسفاته بارور 2، تلقیح با تلفیقی از قارچ و کودهای زیستی ازتوبارور 1 و فسفاته بارور 2) بودند. در این آزمایش شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی، رنگیزه‌های گیاهی، پرولین، میزان سدیم و پتاسیم، نشاسته، کربوهیدرات، هدایت الکتریکی و پروتئین محلول گیاهچه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: اثر متقابل پیش‌تیمار زیستی و شوری بر همه شاخص‌های مورد ارزیابی به‌جز کلروفیل b و آنتوسیانین در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی‌دار بود. تیمار کود زیستی فسفاته بیشترین تأثیر مثبت بر درصد جوانه‌زنی را با افزایش شوری داشت. در تیمار تلفیق قارچ با کود زیستی ازتوباکتر مقادیر کلروفیل a، b و کل در سطوح مختلف شوری از بقیه تیمارها بیشتر و با افزایش سطح شوری بیشتر به‌صورت افزایشی بود. بیشترین مقدار پتاسیم (10/4 میلی‌گرم در گرم وزن‌تر) در تیمار تلفیق قارچ با کود زیستی ازتوبارور در شوری 40 میلی‌مولار به‌دست آمد و در مقایسه با شاهد در همین سطح شوری، 02/22 درصد افزایش نشان داد. با افزایش شوری،‌ تیمارهای قارچ در جلوگیری از افزایش بیشتر مقدار سدیم و همچنین کود زیستی ازتوبارور در جلوگیری از کاهش بیشتر پتاسیم از مؤثرترین تیمارها بودند. مقدار پروتئین‌های محلول در تیمار تلفیق قارچ با هر دو کود زیستی در بالاترین سطح شوری، بیشترین مقدار را دارا بود (09/ 13 میلی‌گرم بر گرم وزن‌تر) که نسبت به شاهد در همین سطح شوری، 38 درصد افزایش نشان داد.
نتیجه گیری: استفاده از پیش‌تیمار زیستی سبب کاهش اثرات منفی شوری از طریق کاهش محتوای سدیم و افزایش پتاسیم اندام هوایی شد و همچنین باعث شد با کم شدن هدایت الکتریکی در بالاترین سطح شوری نسبت به شاهد، تأثیر مثبتی در جوانه‌زنی داشته باشد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- اثر عوامل بیوکنترل باکتریایی و قارچی بر صفات فیزیولوژیک گیاهچه کدوی تخم کاغذی تحت تنش شوری بررسی گردید.
2- آستانه تحمل به شوری گیاه کدو از طریق افزایش پتاسیم و کاهش سدیم اندام هوایی تحت پیش‌تیمارهای زیستی بهبود یافت.
3- ترکیبات اسمولیتی به‌وسیله استفاده از پیش‌تیمارهای زیستی افزایش یافت.
