چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: گوآر با نام علمی Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L.، گیاهی از خانواده بقولات است. صمغ گوار (حاصل آندوسپرم موجود در بذر) در بسیاری از صنایع مانند صنایع دارویی و غذایی، صنعت کاغذ، معدن، نفت و حفاری، نساجی و تولید مواد منفجره مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. مدل‌سازی روشی است که در پیش‌بینی مراحل رشدی گیاه و تعیین واحدهای حرارتی مورد نیاز در هر مرحله رشدی بخصوص جوانه‌زنی کاربرد فراوان دارد. با توجه به کاربردهای مهم درمانی و صنعتی گیاه گوآر و نبود اطلاعات و گزارش‌های کافی مبنی بر تعیین دماهای کاردینال این گیاه، هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر دما بر صفات جوانه‌زنی و رشد اولیه گیاهچه و پیش‌بینی دماهای کاردینال (حداقل، بهینه و حداکثر) جوانه‌زنی این گیاه بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش در آزمایشگاه علوم و تکنولوژی بذر دانشکده کشاورزی سرایان دانشگاه بیرجند در سال 1396 اجرا گردید. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 8 سطح تیمار دمایی شامل دماهای 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35 و 40 درجه سلسیوس و 5 تکرار انجام شد. صفات درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی روزانه، متوسط جوانه‌زنی روزانه، طول ساقه‌چه، طول ریشه‌چه و طول گیاهچه اندازه‌گیری و محاسبه شد. دماهای کاردینال جوانه‌زنی با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیونی و به کمک مدل‌های ارائه شده (مدل‌های رگرسیون غیرخطی لجستیک، دوتکه‌ای، چند جمله‌ای درجه دوم و درجه سوم) و با استفاده از سرعت جوانه‌زنی محاسبه شد. مقایسه میانگین‌ها با آزمون دانکن در سطح احتمال پنج درصد صورت گرفت. برای رسم نمودارهای سرعت جوانه‌زنی در برابر دما (برازش مدل‌های مختلف) از نرم افزار سیگماپلات استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها:  نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر سطوح مختلف دما بر جوانه‌زنی بذر گوآر بر سه مؤلفه درصد، سرعت و متوسط جوانه‌زنی بذر معنی‌دار بود. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده کمترین مقادیر مربوط به درصد، سرعت و متوسط جوانه‌زنی در دماهای 5، 10 و 40 درجه سلسیوس بدست آمد و بیشترین مقادیر مربوط به سرعت جوانه‌زنی در دمای 15 درجه سلسیوس و همچنین بیشترین مقادیر مربوط به درصد جوانه‌زنی و متوسط جوانه‌زنی در دمای 35 درجه سلسیوس مشاهده شد. نتایج تأثیر سطوح مختلف دما بر رشد گیاهچه گوآر نشان داد که تأثیر دما بر سه مؤلفه طول گیاهچه، ساقه‌چه و ریشه‌چه بذر معنی‌دار شد. به طوری­که کمترین مقادیر مربوط به طول گیاهچه، ساقه‌چه و ریشه‌چه در دماهای 5، 10 و 40 درجه سلسیوس مشاهده گردید. بیشترین طول گیاهچه و ساقه‌چه در دمای 30 درجه سلسیوس بود.
نتیجه‌گیری:  کمی‌سازی واکنش جوانه‌زنی بذر گوار به سطوح مختلف دما با استفاده از چهار تابع دوتکه‌ای، لجستیک، چندجمله‌ای درجه دو و درجه سه صورت گرفت. مدل رگرسیون چندجمله‌ای درجه دو براساس ضریب تبیین (R2) و میزان انحراف، برازش مناسب و معنی‌داری با داده‌های مربوط به سرعت جوانه‌زنی در مقابل متغیر مستقل دما داشت. براساس پارامترهای مدل مذکور دمای بهینه جوانه‌زنی گوآر، 05/26 درجه سلسیوس بدست آمد و دمای حداقل و حداکثر جوانه‌زنی گوآر به ترتیب 09/6 و 40 درجه سلسیوس محاسبه شد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
  1. پیش‌بینی دماهای کاردینال جوانه‌زنی بذر گوار امکان سنجی شد.
  2. تاریخ کاشت گوآر بر اساس دماهای کاردینال جوانه‌زنی قابل پیش‌بینی گردید.
