چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: امروزه استفاده از ویژگی گیاهان دگرآسیب با توجه به مضرات اثرات علف‌کش‌های شیمیایی می‌تواند نقش بسیار مهمی در مدیریت علف‌های هرز و کنترل آن‌ها ایفا کند. در حقیقت مواد شیمیایی آزاد شده توسط ریشه‌ها، ساقه‌ها، برگ‌ها، گل‌ها، دانه‌های گرده، میوه‌ها و بذرها می‌توانند به‌عنوان علف‌کش‌ها یا آفت‌کش‌های طبیعی استفاده شوند. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی پتانسیل دگرآسیبی اندام‌های هوایی علف‌هرز تاتوره (Datura stramonium L.) بر صفات جوانه‌زنی و رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی ارقام گندم بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور بررسی پتانسیل دگرآسیبی عصاره آبی اندام‌های مختلف علف‌هرز تاتوره نظیر ساقه، برگ، میوه و مخلوطی از آن‌ها بر صفات جوانه‌زنی و رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی دو رقم گندم (کوهدشت و (N8720، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه علوم علف‌های هرز دانشگاه گنبدکاووس در سال 1396 به اجرا درآمد. ابتدا اندام هوایی تاتوره در مرحله تشکیل میوه از سطح مزارع دشت مغان جمع‌آوری و به‌تفیکیک ساقه، برگ و میوه جدا گردید. 5 میلی‌لیتر از عصاره‌های پنج درصد اندام‌ها به‌علاوه مخلوطی از آن‌ها به‌طور جداگانه بر 25 عدد بذر ضدعفونی شده ارقام مورد بررسی اعمال شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد ارقام گندم پاسخ متفاوتی به عصاره اندام‌ها نشان دادند و این اختلاف برای عصاره‌های مختلف اندام‌ها و برهم‌کنش اثر ارقام در عصاره اندام‌ها نیز معنی‌دار بود. مقایسه میانگین برهم‌کنش ارقام و عصاره اندام‌ها نشان داد درصد جوانه‌زنی کوهدشت تحت تیمارهای آزمایشی کاهش یافت. بیشترین اثر کاهشی مربوط به عصاره برگ به‌مقدار 33/98 درصد بود. در مقابل عصاره ساقه، میوه و مخلوطی از آن‌ها اثر افزایشی بر درصد جوانه‌زنی N8720 به‌ترتیب با مقادیر 72/5، 72/5 و 41/1 درصد داشتند. نتایج سرعت جوانه‌زنی مشابه درصد جوانه‌زنی بود. طول ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه هر دو رقم تحت تیمارهای آزمایشی کاهش نشان داد. عصاره برگ بیشترین اثر بازدارندگی بر طول ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه رقم کوهدشت به‌ترتیب با مقادیر 70/96 و 21/89 درصد را داشت. مقدار کلروفیل کل گیاهچه هر دو رقم کوهدشت و N8720 به ترتیب تحت عصاره آبی ساقه (64/24 درصد) و میوه (62/14 درصد)، افزایش نشان دادند. در حالی‌که عصاره سایر اندام‌ها و مخلوطی از آن‌ها اثر کاهشی متفاوتی بر صفت مورد بررسی داشتند. نتیجه کاروتنوئید مشابه کلروفیل کل بود. احتمالاً تفاوت در غلظت آللوشیمیایی‌ها در اندام‌های مختلف تاتوره و خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی صفات در ارقام سبب رفتار متفاوت گردید.
نتیجه­ گیری: مطابق نتایج، استفاده از زیست توده علف‌هرز تاتوره به ویژه برگ می‌تواند به‌عنوان علف‌کش‌های طبیعی و راهبرد مدیریتی غیر شیمیایی علف‌های‌هرز پیشنهاد گردد. جهت تحقق این امر نیاز به تجزیه فیتوشیمیایی ترکیبات حاصل از این علف‌هرز می‌باشد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1-عصاره اندام‌های مختلف علف‌هرز تاتوره، اثرات متفاوتی بر صفات جوانه‌زنی و میزان رنگیزه‌های کلروفیلی و کاروتنوئیدی هر دو رقم کوهدشت و N8720 دارند.
2- عصاره برگ تاتوره، صفات جوانه‌زنی و میزان رنگیزه‌های کلروفیلی و کاروتنوئیدی گیاهچه‌های رقم کوهدشت را به مقدار زیادی کاهش می‌دهد.
3- استفاده از عصاره علف‌هرز تاتوره می‌تواند انتخاب مناسبی برای پیدایش علف‌کش‌های طبیعی باشد.
