چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: شنبلیله، یکی از گیاهان دارویی است که به عنوان یک گیاه متحمل به شوری مورد توجه بوده است. این تحقیق، به منظور بررسی اثرات تنش شوری بر ویژگی‌های سبز شدن گیاهچه و تعیین حد آستانه تحمل به شوری، شیب کاهش سبز شدن و شاخص تحمل به شوری برخی توده‌های شنبلیله انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: بذرهای پنج توده (اردستانی، اصفهانی، هندی، مشهدی و نی‌ریزی) در هفت سطح شوری (5/0، 3، 6، 9، 12، 15 و 18 dS/m) بصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار قرار گرفتند. در این تحقیق، از مدل‌های تجربی (خطی، سیگموئیدی، نمایی و چند جزئی) استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شوری، درصد و سرعت سبز شدن گیاهچه کاهش یافت. در توده‌های اردستانی و اصفهانی، افزایش شوری تا dS/m3 تاثیری بر درصد سبز شدن گیاهچه نداشت و پس از آن کاهش معنی‌داری پیدا کرد. بیشترین درصد سبز شدن (62/94 درصد) از توده هندی در تیمار شاهد بدست آمد. توده هندی در dS/m 18 نیز بیشترین درصد سبز شدن (81/25 درصد) را داشت. اگرچه بیشترین سرعت سبز شدن گیاهچه (93/5 عدد در روز) متعلق به توده مشهدی در تیمار شاهد بود، اما تفاوت معنی‌داری با توده‌های هندی، نی‌ریزی و اصفهانی نشان نداد. در توده‌های اردستانی، مشهدی و نی‌ریزی، با افزایش شوری طول گیاهچه به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت، ولی این کاهش در توده اصفهانی بین سطوح شوری 3 و dS/m 6 و نیز 12 و dS/m 15 معنی‌دار نبود. در توده هندی، طول گیاهچه در dS/m 3 با شاهد مشابه بود، ولی شوری‌های بالاتر موجب کاهش معنی‌دار آن گردید. بیشترین شاخص بنیه گیاهچه (44/20) متعلق به توده‌های مشهدی و نی‌ریزی در تیمار شاهد بود و توده اردستانی در dS/m 18 کمترین مقدار (39/0) را دارا بود. نتایج نشان داد که وزن خشک گیاهچه ابتدا تا سطح شوری dS/m 3 بدون تغییر بود و سپس با افزایش شوری به تدریج کاهش یافت. در توده‌های هندی و نی‌ریزی، شوری‌های بالاتر از dS/m6، وزن خشک گیاهچه را به تدریج کاهش دادند. حد آستانه تحمل به شوری شنبلیله برای توده‌های اردستانی، اصفهانی، هندی، مشهدی و نی‌ریزی به ترتیب، 69/4، 90/4، 83/7، 69/1 و 57/1 dS/m بدست آمد. به این ترتیب، بیشترین حد آستانه تحمل به شوری (dS/m 83/7) و شیب کاهش درصد سبز شدن (55/7 درصد) از توده هندی و کمترین مقدار آن از توده نی‌ریزی (به ترتیب dS/m 57/1 و 63/4 درصد) حاصل گردید. نتایج مدل‌های غیرخطی نشان داد که بیشترین شوری که در آن گیاهچه‌ها به مقدار 50 درصد جوانه زدند (dS/m 24/14) از توده هندی حاصل گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج، مقایسه شاخص تحمل به شوری توده‌های شنبلیله و نیز ارزیابی مدل‌های تجربی نشان داد که توده هندی در مرحله سبز شدن می‌تواند به عنوان متحمل‌ترین توده به شوری برای بهره‌برداری از منابع آب و خاک شور معرفی گردد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- مقایسه توده‌های مختلف شنبلیله از نظر تحمل به شوری در مرحله سبز شدن گیاهچه، با استفاده از برخی مدل‌های تجربی انجام شد.
2- حد آستانه تحمل به شوری، شیب کاهش سبز شدن و نیز شاخص تحمل به شوری برای برخی توده‌های شنبلیله ارائه شد.
