چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: بسیاری از دانشمندان بر این عقیده‌اند که تحقیقات دگرآسیبی می‏ تواند یکی از راه‏های اساسی کنترل علف‌های هرز در سیستم کشاورزی پایدار باشد. به‌طورکلی گیاهان حاوی ترکیبات آلی مختلفی می‌باشند که بر شیوه رفتاری جوامع گیاهی تأثیر می‌گذارند. این مواد اصولاً جزء مواد ثانویه گیاهی بوده که در قسمت‌های مختلف گیاه شامل ریزوم‌ها، ریشه‌ها، ساقه‌ها، برگ‌ها، گل‌ها، میوه‌ها و بذرها وجود دارند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارزیابی توان دگرآسیبی اندام‌های مختلف علف هرز فرفیون بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی، رنگیزه‌های کلروفیلی و کاروتنوئیدی ارقام گندم بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این آزمایش علف‌هرز فرفیون در مرحله رسیدگی کامل از منطقه مغان از توابع استان اردبیل جمع‌آوری و سپس اندام‌های مختلف فرفیون شامل ساقه، برگ و میوه به‌تفکیک از یکدیگر جدا گردید. تیماری دیگر تحت عنوان مخلوطی از اندام‌ها نیز در نظر گرفته شد. این آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاٌ تصادفی در 3 تکرار در دانشگاه گنبدکاووس در سال 1396 به اجرا درآمد. عامل اول شامل ارقام گندم در دو سطح شامل مروارید و گنبد و اندام‏ها در 5 سطح شاهد، عصاره ساقه، برگ، میوه و مخلوطی از آن‏ها به نسبت مساوی به‌عنوان عامل دوم بود. برای آزمون زیست‌سنجی، ابتدا سوسپانسیون 5 درصد وزنی به حجمی با کمک آب مقطر از هر یک از اندام‌های مورد بررسی و مخلوطی از آن‌ها تهیه شد. 10 میلی‌لیتر از هر یک از عصاره‏های تغلیظ شده اندام‌ها بر 50 عدد بذر ضدعفونی شده در پتری‏ حاوی کاغذ صافی به‏ طور جداگانه بر ارقام مورد بررسی اعمال گردید. در انتهای روز هفتم صفاتی نظیر سرعت و درصد جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشه‌چه، طول ساقه‌چه، شاخص طولی بنیه بذر، میزان کلروفیل a، b، ‌کل و میزان کاروتنوئیدها مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی رقم گنبد برخلاف رقم مروارید به‌طور معنی‌داری تحت تأثیر عصاره آبی اندام‌های مختلف و مخلوطی از آن‌ها کاهش یافت. نتایج هم‌چنین نشان داد که تأثیر بازدارنده اندام میوه و برگ فرفیون بر درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی در رقم گنبد بیشتر از سایر اندام‌ها و مخلوطی از اندام‌ها بود. بررسی واکنش طول ریشه‌چه ارقام گندم نشان داد که تیمارهای مختلف اثر افزایشی و کاهشی به‌ترتیب بر ارقام مروارید و گنبد داشتند. مطابق نتایج، عصاره‌های ساقه، برگ و میوه اثر دگرآسیبی بیشتری بر طول ریشه‌چه نسبت به طول ساقه‌چه رقم گنبد داشته است. نتایج مقایسه میانگین‏ ها هم‌چنین نشان داد که شاخص طولی بنیه بذر رقم مروارید و گنبد تحت تأثیر مواد دگرآسیب همه اندام‏های علف هرز فرفیون کاهش نشان داد. بیشترین کاهش معنی‌دار این صفت مربوط به اندام برگ روی رقم گنبد معادل 13/84 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد بود. در این مطالعه، میزان کاهش رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی کلروفیل کل و کاروتنوئیدها در هر دو رقم تحت عصاره آبی اندام‌های ساقه، برگ و میوه فرفیون متفاوت بود. بیشترین اثر کاهشی رنگیزه‌های مورد بررسی مربوط به اندام میوه در رقم مروارید بود؛ اما عصاره آبی مخلوطی از اندام‌ها اثر کاهشی و افزایشی معنی‌دار به ترتیب بر میزان رنگیزه‌های گندم مروارید و گنبد نسبت به شاهد نشان دادند. این امر احتمالاً به‏دلیل تفاوت کمیت و کیفیت برخی از آللوشیمیایی‌ها و به‌علاوه پاسخ متفاوت ارقام باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثبات دگرآسیبی اندام‌های مختلف علف‌هرز فرفیون و تأثیرگذاری متفاوت آن‌ها بر صفات جوانه‌زنی به‌علاوه میزان کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید ارقام گندم مروارید و گنبد، پیشنهاد به بهره‌وری از ترکیبات زیستی آن‌ها با توجه به زیست‌توده تولیدی بالای آن‌ها در راستای کشاورزی پایدار می‌باشند.

جنبه‏ های نوآوری:
  1. بررسی اثر دگرآسیبی علف هرز فرفیون بر جوانه ‏زنی بذر ارقام گندم در مزارع دشت مغان.
  2. عصاره آبی حاصل از برگ و میوه علف هرز فرفیون، جوانه‌زنی و رشد گندم رقم گنبد را به مقدار زیادی کاهش می‌دهد.
