دهقانپورفراشاه  س، صالح‌زاده  م (1399) وضعیت بیماری پوسیدگی فوزاریومی ریشه و طوقه گندم در ایران. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 10(1): 106-97.

پوسیدگی فوزاریومی ریشه و طوقه یکی از بیماری‌های مهم گندم در جهان است، که باعث کاهش معنی­ دار محصول می‌گردد. بیماری در بسیاری از مناطق تولید گندم در ایران  نیز شایع است. قارچهای F. acuminatum، F. avenaceum، F. culmorum، F. solani، F. semitectum،  F. equiseti، F. crookwellense، F. lateritium، F. moniliforme، F. oxysporum،  F. pseudograminearum، F. sambucinum، F. subglutinans، F. proliferatum، F. longipes، F. nygamai، F. compactum، F. diversisporum، F. fujikuroi، F. javanicum،F. flocciferum و F. tricinctum از بافت‌های پوسیده ریشه و طوقه گندم در ایران گزارش شده‌اند و F. culmorum و  F. pseudograminearum به عنوان مهمترین عوامل بیماری شناخته شده­اند. روش‌های مدیریت بیماری شامل برقراری تناوب زراعی، از بین بردن بقایای بوته­ های بیمار، تنظیم تاریخ کاشت، مبارزه زیستی، ضدعفونی بذر با قارچ‌کش‌های حفاظتی و کشت رقمهای نسبتاً مقاوم در این مقاله شرح داده شده ­اند.
