چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: کشور ایران در زمره مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک جهان قرار دارد که حدود 63 درصد از سطح زیر کشت گندم در آن بصورت دیم می‌باشد. استفاده از کودهای آلی و زیستی به عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های اصلی مدیریت مواد غذایی گیاه در کشاورزی پایدار می‌تواند نقش بسزایی در حل مشکلات ناشی از کودهای شیمیایی ایفا نماید. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر پیش‌تیمار بذرهای ارقام گندم دیم با کودهای زیستی و آلی بر شاخص‌های مرتبط با جوانه‌زنی و رشد هتروتروفیکی گیاهچه انجام پذیرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاٌ تصادفی با سه تکرار درآزمایشگاه کنترل وگواهی بذر و نهال مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان همدان انجام شد. تیمارهای تلقیح بذر شامل کودهای آلی و زیستی: سی‌فول، روت، بیوهلث، تریکودرمین و شاهد بدون تیمار، روی هشت رقم گندم دیم شامل آذر 2، هشترود، باران، رصد، اوحدی، سرداری، تکاب و هما بود. بذرهای ضدعفونی شده با کودهای آلی و زیستی با غلظت‌های مشخص پیش‌تیمار شده و درون ژرمیناتور در دمای 20 درجه سانتی‌گراد قرار داده شدند. اولین روز شمارش و آخرین روز شمارش، بذرهای جوانه‌زده برای گیاه گندم به ترتیب روز چهارم و روز هشتم پس از شروع آزمایش بود. بذرهای جوانه‌زده در هر تیمار شمارش و شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی از قبیل سرعت جوانه‌زنی، متوسط جوانه‌زنی روزانه، ضریب سرعت جوانه‌زنی، شاخص طولی و وزنی بنیه گیاهچه، وزن تر ریشه‌چه، ساقه‌چه و گیاهچه، استفاده از ذخایر بذر، کارآیی ذخایر بذر و کسر استفاده از ذخایر بذر محاسبه گردید.
یافته­ ها: با کاربرد سطوح مختلف کودی سرعت جوانه‌زنی در تیمار هما×بیوهلث (155 درصد)، متوسط جوانه‌زنی روزانه تیمار هشترود×بیوهلث (69 درصد)، ضریب سرعت جوانه‌زنی تیمار اوحدی×روت (60 درصد)، شاخص طولی گیاهچه تیمار اوحدی×بیوهلث (108 درصد) و وزنی بنیه گیاهچه تیمار هما×بیوهلث (64 درصد)، وزن‌تر ریشه‌چه تیمار هشترود×روت (106 درصد)، وزن‌تر ساقه‌چه تیمار هشترود×سیفول (23 درصد) و وزن‌تر گیاهچه تیمار هما×بیوهلث (42 درصد)، نسبت طول ریشه‌چه به طول ساقه‌چه تیمار اوحدی×تریکودرمین (75 درصد)، استفاده از ذخایر بذر تیمار هما×بیوهلث (118 درصد) و کسر استفاده از ذخایر بذر تیمار هما×بیوهلث (119 درصد) نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت. ضمن اینکه کود بیوهلث و رقم هشترود در اکثر صفات مورد بررسی بیشترین میانگین‌ها را به خود اختصاص دادند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بررسی سطوح مختلف کودی نشان داد پیش‌تیمار با کود بیوهلث در اکثر شاخص‌های مرتبط با جوانه‌زنی و رشد هتروتروفیکی گیاهچه دارای اختلاف معنی‌دار با سایر سطوح کودی بود.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1-بررسی صفات جوانه‌زنی ارقام نوین گندم دیم اصلاح و معرفی شده توسط موسسه تحقیقات دیم کشور
2-بررسی و مقایسه اثر کودهای دارای ترکیب متنوع چند عاملی زیستی (قارچ و باکتری) و آلی با یکدیگر
3-تحقیق کاربردی روی ترکیبات تجاری و نیز مقایسه ترکیب‌های زیستی زنده و مواد آلی غیرزنده در یک آزمایش
