چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: سرخارگل از خانواده آستراسه، گیاه دارویی مؤثر در تقویت سیستم ایمنی بدن به شمار می‌آید. عوامل محدودکننده رشد گیاه مادری از جمله تنش خشکی بر کیفیت جوانه‌زنی بذر آن‌ها تأثیر­گذار است. نقش اسید سالیسیلیک و اسپرمین در تعدیل تنش مشخص شده و انتظار می‌رود بر جوانه‌زنی بذر تولیدی گیاهان نیز مؤثر ­باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور بررسی بنیه­ی بذر سرخارگل پس از محلول‌پاشی گیاه مادری با اسید سالیسیلیک و اسپرمین (عدم محلول‌پاشی، اسید سالیسیلیک در دو سطح 75 و 150 میلی‌گرم در لیتر، اسپرمین در سطح 70 میلی‌گرم در لیتر و سطوح مختلف اسید سالیسیلیک همراه با اسپرمین) تحت سطوح مختلف رطوبت (آبیاری پس از تخلیه 20، 40 و 60 درصد رطوبت قابل استفاده) آزمایشی به‌صورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در ایستگاه البرز موسسه جنگل‌ها و مراتع کشور طی سال زراعی 1396-1395 به اجرا درآمد.
یافته‌ها: در اثر تنش خشکی درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول ساقه‌چه و گیاهچه، وزن خشک ساقه‌چه، انرژی جوانه‌زنی و شاخص بنیه بذر کاهش یافت. نتایج نشان داد که محلول‌پاشی، به‌تنهایی روی طول ساقه‌چه، ریشه‌چه و گیاهچه، وزن خشک ساقه‌چه، ریشه‌چه و گیاهچه، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، ضریب آلومتریک و شاخص بنیه بذر تأثیر معنی‌دار داشت. مقایسه میانگین اثر متقابل تنش خشکی در محلول‌پاشی نشان داد که بیشترین مقدار طول ریشه‌چه (8/28 میلی‌متر)، وزن خشک ریشه‌چه (81/1 میلی‌گرم)، وزن خشک گیاهچه (20/6 میلی‌گرم) و ضریب آلومتریک (412/0) متعلق به شاهد (بدون تنش) و تیمار 150 میلی‌گرم در لیتر اسید سالیسیلیک + 70 میلی‌گرم در لیتر اسپرمین بود.
نتیجه­‌گیری: براساس نتایج این آزمایش محلول‌پاشی سرخارگل با اسید سالیسلیک و اسپرمین موجب بهبود جوانه‌زنی بذر سرخارگل در هر دو شرایط بدون تنش و تنش کم‌آبی گردید و بیشترین تأثیر مثبت با کاربرد توأم غلظت بالای اسید سالیسیلیک (150 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) با اسپرمین (70 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) حاصل شد.
