چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: استفاده از تناوب در مدیریت زراعی یک روش برای کاهش اثرات مضر تک‌کشتی می‌باشد، ولی مواد به‌جامانده از بسیاری گیاهان ممکن است اثرات دگرآسیبی برای گیاه بعدی داشته و میزان عملکرد را کاهش دهد. در میان گیاهان مختلف، گیاهان خانواده شب‌بوئیان به دلیل داشتن گلوکوزینولات، اثرات دگرآسیبی قوی را از خود نشان می‌دهند. خردل وحشی به‌عنوان علف هرز 30 محصول زراعی در 52 کشور جهان، دارای یکسری اثرات آللوپاتیک می‌باشد که مانع از جوانه‌زنی گیاهان دیگر می‌گردد. در گلوکوزینولات ترشح شده از خردل وحشی موادی مانند تیوسیانات یونیک وجود دارد که مانع از رشد ریشه و اندام هوایی در بسیاری از گیاهان می‌گردد. همچنین ترکیبات فرار مانند ایزوپرونیدها و بنزوئید آزاد شده از تجزیه بافت گیاهان خانواده براسیکاسه ممکن است باعث کاهش رشد بسیاری از گیاهان شود. در بسیاری از مطالعات مشخص شده است که مواد دگرآسیبی در غلظت‌های بالا قادر به مهار رشد بسیاری از گیاهان می‌باشند، ولی در غلظت‌های پایین می‌توانند حتی نقش تحریک‌کنندگی رشد گیاهان را هم به دنبال داشته باشند. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی اثر عصاره آبی اندام‌های هوایی و ریشه خردل وحشی روی خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی بذر و رشد گیاهچه جو می‌پردازد.
مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور بررسی اثر دگرآسیبی خردل وحشی بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی و رشدی گیاهچه جو، آزمایشی فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تکرار در آزمایشگاه گیاه‌شناسی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ایلام در سال 1393 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل 5 غلظت عصاره آبی (صفر، 10، 30، 50 و 70 درصد) حاصل از اندام هوایی و زمینی خردل وحشی بود که در دو آزمایش جداگانه در مرحله جوانه‌زنی و گیاهچه‌ای گیاه جو رقم آبیدر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در بخش جوانه‌زنی بذر صفات سرعت و درصد جوانه‌زنی گیاه جو تحت تأثیر عصاره آبی خردل مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در بررسی اثر عصاره آبی خردل بر گیاهچه جو نیز صفات وزن و اندازه ریشه و ساقه، میزان کلروفیل برگ، تغییرات پرولین و تغییرات قندهای محلول اندازه‌گیری شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که بالاترین درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی گیاه جو (به ترتیب با 100 درصد و 5/19 بذر در روز) در تیمار شاهد و کمترین آن‌ها (به ترتیب با 40 درصد و 5/9 بذر در روز) در اثر عصاره اندام زیرزمینی خردل وحشی با غلظت 70 درصد مشاهده گردید. بیشترین کاهش در طول و وزن بخش هوایی و زمینی گیاه جو در بالاترین غلظت عصاره مشاهده شد. میزان کلروفیل a از 39/2 میلی‌گرم بر گرم بافت تر گیاه در تیمار شاهد به 66/1 میلی‌گرم در گرم بافت تر گیاه در تیمار غلظت 70 درصد کاهش یافت. بیشترین میزان پرولین اندام هوایی گیاه جو (8/66 میکرمول بر گرم وزن‌تر) در تیمار 70 درصد عصاره مشاهده شد. نتایج به دست آمده از این مطالعه نشان داد که خاصیت دگرآسیبی خردل وحشی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک سامانه کنترل کننده مهم در جوانه‌زنی و مراحل اولیه رشدی گیاه جو در بوم نظام‌های زراعی باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی نتایج حاصل از آزمایش نشان می‌دهد که در کوتاه‌مدت عصاره خردل وحشی اثر سمی بر جوانه‌زنی و رشد جو دارد، بطوریکه عصاره آبی خردل تقریباً بر تمامی صفات اندازه‌گیری شده گیاه جو تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد. اثرات مضر دگرآسیبی گیاه خردل وحشی، تحت تأثیر غلظت عصاره، متغیر است، بطوریکه بیشترین آسیب در گیاه جو در بالاترین غلظت عصاره آبی (70%) مشاهده گردید. به‌هرحال به‌منظور شناسایی ترکیبات دگرآسیب خردل وحشی و اثر آن در ارقام مختلف گیاه جو نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتری می‌باشد.
 
جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1-عصاره آبی گیاه خردل وحشی، درصد جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاه جو را کاهش داد.
2-عصاره آبی گیاه خردل وحشی باعث افزایش میزان پرولین و قندهای محلول در گیاه جو شده و میزان کلروفیل در این گیاه را کاهش داد.
