چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: اثرات دگرآسیبی گیاهان بر یکدیگر یکی از دغدغههای مهم در اصلاح و احیای مراتع کشور است. دگرآسیبی به اثرات بازدارنده یک گیاه بر رشد، نمو و یا سبز شدن گیاه دیگر اشاره دارد. ازجمله روشهای احیاء مراتع، کاشت گونه‌های مناسب و سازگار است؛ اما بدون در نظر گرفتن خاصیت دگرآسیبی گیاه احتمال شکست پروژه زیاد است. در تحقیق حاضر تأثیر عصاره درمنه دشتی بر سبز شدن، برخی خصوصیات موفولوژیک و محتوی عناصر غذایی کهور ایرانی که جوانهزنی سختی دارد،
مواد و روشها: تحقیق حاضر در محیط گلخانه با شرایط دمایی 5 ± 23 درجه سانتیگراد و رطوبت نسبی 60 درصد اجرا شد. طرح آزمایشی مورد استفاده کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار بود. نمونههای خاک از روستای دجینگ در شهرستان خاش (استان سیستان و بلوچستان) جمعآوری شدند. بهمنظور تهیه عصاره گیاهی، نمونههای درمنه دشتی در سایه خشک و سپس آسیاب شدند. سپس 190 گرم از پودر گیاهی در ظروف یک لیتری قرار داده شد. مقدار یک لیتر اتانول خالص بر روی نمونههای پودر شده ریخته شد و بر روی دستگاه شیکر بهمدت 24 ساعت قرار داده شد. محلول حاصل از صافی عبور داده شد و عصاره بهدست آمد. کشت بذرها در گلدانهای پلاستیکی به گنجایش شش کیلوگرم انجام شد و در هر گلدان سه کیلوگرم خاک ریخته شد. در هر گلدان تعداد 30 بذر به عمق سه سانتی‌متر کشت شد. تیمارها در دو غلظت 2/0 درصد (2 میلیلیتر در 1000 میلیلیتر آب مقطر)، 4/0 درصد و صفر به همراه آبیاری گیاه اعمال شدند. صفات مورد اندازه‌گیری شامل سرعت و درصد سبز شدن، طول ریشهچه و ساقهچه، وزن خشک جوانهها، محتوی کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید و محتوی عناصر غذایی کهور ایرانی بود.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بیشترین درصد و سرعت سبز شدن بذر مربوط به تیمار 2/0 درصد بود. در حالی که غلظت 4/0 درصد تأثیر بازدارندگی بر جوانهزنی گیاه داشت. با افزایش غلظت عصاره، طول ریشهچه و ساقهچه و وزن خشک گیاه کاهش معنیدار داشت. بیشترین و کمترین طول ریشهچه، ساقهچه و وزن خشک گیاه بهترتیب مربوط به تیمار صفر و 4/0 درصد بود. نتایج نشان داد عصاره درمنه دشتی باعث کاهش معنیدار رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی گیاه شد. بیشترین کلروفیل a، b، کلروفیل کل و کاروتنوئید مربوط به تیمار صفر بود و با افزایش غلظت عصاره محتوی رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی کاهش یافت. بیشترین و کمترین محتوی نیتروژن و فسفر گیاه بهترتیب در تیمار 2/0 و 4/0 درصد اندازهگیری شد. مقدار پتاسیم و منگنز با افزایش غلظت عصاره کاهش یافت. در حالی که با افزایش غلظت عصاره مقدار روی در بافتهای گیاهی افزایش معنیدار داشت. بهطور کلی عصاره درمنه دشتی در غلظت 2/0 درصد باعث افزایش سبز شدن کهور ایرانی شد.
نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی، با افزایش غلظت عصاره درمنه دشتی، صفات مورفولوژیک و رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی کهور ایرانی کاهش داشتند. عصاره درمنه بر جذب عناصر غذایی توسط کهور ایرانی تأثیر متفاوت داشت. بهطوری که در غلظتهای پایین باعث افزایش جذب نیتروژن و فسفر و در غلظتهای بالا باعث افزایش جذب منگنز گردید. غلظت 2/0 درصد عصاره درمنه بر روی سبز شدن گیاه تأثیر مثبت داشت. با توجه به تأثیر مثبت درمنه دشتی بر افزایش سبز شدن کهور ایرانی میتوان از عصاره گیاه در غلظتهای پایین برای افزایش جوانهزنی کهور ایرانی استفاده نمود. بهویژه این که کهور ایرانی دارای مشکل جوانهزنی است؛ اما با توجه به تأثیر منفی درمنه دشتی بر رشد و جذب عناصر غذایی در کهور ایرانی کشت این دو گیاه باهم در مراتع خشک توصیه نمیشود.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- عصاره درمنه دشتی تأثیر بازدارنده بر سبز شدن بذر کهور ایرانی داشت.
2- با افزایش غلظت عصاره درمنه، خصوصیات مورفولوژیک کهور ایرانی کاهش داشت.
3- عصاره درمنه دشتی تأثیر منفی بر رنگیزه­های فتوسنتزی کهور ایرانی داشت.
