به‌منظور بررسی رفتار جوانه‌زنی و روش‌های شکستن خواب بذر توده‌های مختلف علفهای هرز سلمه‌تره، پیچک و دم‌روباهی سبز، سه آزمایش فاکتوریل دوعاملی جداگانه در سال 1393 در آزمایشگاه زراعت دانشگاه ولیعصر رفسنجان انجام گرفت. عامل اول بذرهای علف‌های هرز مورد بررسی از باغ‌های پسته 5 منطقه رفسنجان (مرکزی، انار، کشکوئیه، کبوترخان و نوق) بود. عامل دوم تیمارهای شکستن خواب بذرهای سلمه‌تره شامل شاهد (آب مقطر)، نیترات پتاسیم در غلظت‌های 500 و 1000 پی‌پی‌ام، خراش‌دهی با اسید سولفوریک غلیظ در زمان‌های 5 و 10 دقیقه و سرمادهی مرطوب در زمان‌های 1، 3 و 5 هفته، تیمارهای شکستن خواب بذرهای پیچک شامل شاهد، خراش‌دهی با سمباده، خراش‌دهی با اسید سولفوریک در زمان‌های 20 و 30 دقیقه و خراش‌دهی با آبجوش در زمان‌های 15 و 30 دقیقه و تیمارهای شکستن خواب بذرهای دم‌روباهی سبز شامل شاهد، اسید جیبرلیک در غلظت‌های 250، 500 و 1000 پی‌پی‌ام، نیترات پتاسیم در غلظت‌های 500 و 1000 پی‌پی‌ام، سرمادهی مرطوب در زمان‌های 1، 3 و 5 هفته بودند. آزمایش‌ها برای هر گونه به‌طور مجزا به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 4 تکرار اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد که توده بذری، روش‌های شکستن خواب و برهمکنش توده بذری و روش‌های شکستن خواب اثر معنی‌داری بر درصد جوانه‌زنی و متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی بذرهای علف هرز هر سه گونه داشت به‌طوری که تیمار 5 هفته سرمادهی مرطوب در بذرهای سلمه‌تره توده نوق با میانگین جوانه‌زنی 97 درصد و متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی 22/1 روز، تیمار خراش‌دهی با سنباده در بذرهای پیچک توده کبوترخان (98 درصد) و تیمار 1000 پی‌پی‌ام اسید جیبرلیک در بذرهای دم‌روباهی سبز توده کبوترخان (60 درصد) بالاترین درصد جوانه‌زنی را داشتند و سریع‌تر جوانه زدند. همچنین با افزایش وزن هزار دانه علف‌های هرز مورد بررسی، درصد جوانه‌زنی نیز افزایش یافت.
