مدیریت بیماریهای قارچی گیاهان با اسانسهای طبیعی

 اسانسها ترکیبات آب گریز، فرار و معطری هستند که از دیرباز به شکل مواد خوشبوکننده و طعم‌دهنده به کار رفته‌اند. بر اساس مطالعات اخیر برخی اسانسها در برابر بعضی قارچهای مهم بیمارگر گیاهی، خاصیت قارچکشی نیز دارند. به عنوان مثال اسانس آویشن باغی رشد Penicillium italicum و اسانس اسطوخدوس رشد Botrytis cinerea، Rhizopus stolonifer و Aspergillus niger را به طور کامل در محیط‌کشت متوقف می‌کنند. از اسانس آویشن باغی برای مهار پوسیدگی سیاه پرتقال ناشی از Alternaria citri و کپک خاکستری توت‌فرنگی ناشی از Botrytis cinerea نیز استفاده شده است. فعالیت ضد قارچی اسانسها اغلب ناشی از تأثیر آنها بر دیواره سلولی، غشای سیتوپلاسمی، عملکرد میتوکندریایی و میزان اکسید نیتریک در سلولهای قارچی است. با توجه به افزایش نگرانیها درباره مضرات قارچ‌کش‌های شیمیایی، اسانسها به عنوان قارچ‌کش‌های طبیعی می‌توانند بازار خوبی به دست آورند. در این مقاله، استفاده از اسانسهای گیاهان به شکل قارچ‌کش‌های طبیعی، نحوه اثر و جنبه‌های مربوط به سلامت آنها مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.
