تابعین س و بهجت‌نیا س ع ا (1398) برهمکنش‌های درون‌سلولی جمینی‌ویروس‌ها در گیاهان میزبان. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 8(2):101-86. DOI: 10.2982/PPS.8.2.86

جمینی‌ویروس‌ها دارای ژنومِ دی‌ان‌ا تک‌لای حلقوی کوچک با ظرفیت بیان پروتیین محدود هستند. ژنوم این گروه از ویروس‌ها با بیان چهار تا هفت پروتیین و از طریق ایجاد تغییر در فرآیندها و مسیرهای زیستی مختلف در سلول باعث ایجاد آلودگی می‌شوند. از جمله تغییرات به وجود آمده به هنگام آلودگی توسط جمینی‌ویروس‌ها می‌توان به تحریک و تغییر چرخه سلول‌های آلوده برای ورود به فاز تکثیری به منظور حمایت از القای همانندسازی دی‌ان‌ا ویروسی اشاره نمود. جمینی‌ویروس‌ها به منظور تغییر یا متوقف کردن واکنش‌های دفاعی میزبان و مسیرهای پیام‌رسانی هورمون‌ها، الگوی بیان ژن‌های میزبان را تغییر می‌دهند، از مسیرهای مرگ سلولی ممانعت به عمل می‌آورند، رفت‌وآمد مولکول‌های بزرگ را تغییر داده و در مسیرهای پیام‌رسانی سلول و اصلاح پروتیین‌ها مداخله می‌کنند. علاوه‌براین، جمینی‌ویروس‌ها چندین سرکوب‌گر خاموشی ژن را بیان می‌کنند که نحوه تولید آران‌اهای کوچک مداخله‌گر، متیلاسیون دی‌ان‌ا گیاه و مسیرهای میکرو آران‌ا را تغییر می‌دهند و به همین دلیل در اغلب موارد سبب نمو غیر عادی گیاه می‌شوند. در این مقاله علاوه بر معرفی جمینی‌ویروس‌ها، به نقش هر کدام از پروتیین‌های بیان شده توسط ژنوم آنها و نیز برهمکنش این پروتیین‌ها با مسیرها و فرآیندهای مختلف سلول میزبان جهت ایجاد یک آلودگی پایدار، پرداخته می‌شود.
