صادقی ل. و جمالی س. 1395. سازوکارهای مولکولی دفاعی گیاهان در برابر نماتدها. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 5(2): 100-90.

نماتدهای انگل گیاهی قادر هستند آسیب‌های زیادی به محصولات کشاورزی وارد سازند. آن‌ها انگل اجباری بوده و جهت کسب مواد غذایی لازم برای رشد و تکثیر خود، نیازمند برقراری رابطه­ی سازگار انگلی با گیاه میزبان هستند. ممانعت از دفاع میزبان، گام اصلی برای بیماری‌زایی موفق نماتدها است. پاسخ دفاعی گیاه از لحظه نفوذ نماتد به ریشه فعال می‌شود. استایلت و ترشحات غدد مری، نقش اصلی در طول مراحل نفوذ، مهاجرت به داخل ریشه و استقرار در محل تغذیه سلول‌های گیاه میزبان ایفا می­کنند. یافته‌های جدید نشان می‌دهند که ترشحات غدد مری نماتدها به‌عنوان عملگر، در آپوپلاست و سیتوپلاسم سلول‌های میزبان دریافت شده و سبب فعال شدن پاسخ‌های دفاعی در گیاه مقاوم می‌شوند. سازوکارهای مولکولی دفاعی گیاهان در برابر نماتدها، در این مقاله شرح داده شده­ اند.
