مقدمه: گیرنده‌های شبه­ کینازی دارای موتیف لیزین(LysM-RLKs)  سهم مهمی در مسیر پاسخ دفاعی گیاهان به بیماری­ها و تنش­های محیطی دارند. این پژوهش برای بررسی تاثیر کیتین به عنوان محرک بیان ژنهای کدکننده LysM-RLKs انجام ‌شد. مواد و روش‌ها: میزان بیان سه ژن PGSC0003DMP400010799،PGSC0003DMP400010800 وPGSC0003DMP400061331  کدکننده LysM-RLKs در اثر تیمار با کیتین (μg/ml 150) در برگ‌های جوان سیب­زمینی هفت هفته‌ای رقم Jely در برگ‌های تیمار شده  و شاهد بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های بیان ژن­ها نشان داد که بیان هر سه ژن نسبت به شاهد به صورت معنی‌داری در اثر استفاده از کیتین افزایش می­یابد. نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش بیان ژن‌های کدکننده LysM-RLKs با استفاده از کیتین می‌تواند در القای مقاومت سیستمیک به بیماری­های گیاهی و تنش­های محیطی مؤثر باشد.
