رحیمی‌زاده م. و صدروی م. 1395. معرفی هشت گونه‌ی مفید Aspergillus. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 6(1): 32-22.

گونه‌های Aspergillus اغلب به حالت گندرو در بقایای گیاهی در خاک، آب، برخی فراورده‌های گیاهی، میوه‌های تازه و آب‌دار آسیب‌دیده یا میوه‌ها و دانه‌های انباری یافت می‌شوند. این قارچ‌ها را می‌توان بر اساس ویژگی‌های پرگنه، کنیدیوم‌بر، حباب، فیالید و کنیدیوم‌ها، روی محیط کشت‌های اختصاصی شناسایی کرد. توانایی برخی جدایه‌های هشت گونه A. flavus، A. fumigatus، A. niger، A. piperis، A. repens،  A. tamarii، A. terrus  و  A. tubingensis، برای مهار بیماری‌های سیاه­شدن غلاف کاکائو، غده ریشه و پوسیدگی فوزاریومی ریشه گوجه‌فرنگی، لکه‌برگی آلترناریایی، پوسیدگی خشک فوزاریومی، پوسیدگی صورتی و نرم غده سیب‌زمینی و یا به‌عنوان عامل افزایش‌دهنده رشد گیاهان و عامل کاهنده تولید آفلاتوکسین در دانه­ها و خشکبار به اثبات رسیده است. خصوصیات ریخت‌شناسی کلیدی این قارچ‌ها در این مقاله شرح داده شده است. اکثر این قارچ‌ها از ایران گزارش شده‌اند بنابراین شناسایی و کاربرد جدایه‌های مؤثر آن­ها برای مبارزه با بیماری‌های گیاهی و افزایش رشد گیاهان پیشنهاد می‌شود.
