مقدمه: شانکر باکتریایی با عامل Pseudomonas syringae  یکی از مهم‌ترین بیماری‌های خسارت­زا در زردآلو است. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی مقاومت نسبی به شانکر باکتریایی در 22 دورگ منتحب بومی زردآلو از جمله AD507، AD405، HS731 که اخیراً با نام‌های جلیل، پارسی و شانلی معرفی شده‌اند، انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش‌های آلوده­سازی شامل مایه‌زنی مصنوعی نهال‌های دو ساله در شرایط باغی و شاخه‌های بریده در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بود. در ابتدا، پاتوار جدایه‌های بومی  P. syringae توسط آزمون‌های LOPAT   و GATTa مشخص و مخلوط سه جدایه در تهیه مایه تلقیح به کار برده شد. مایه‌زنی در ساقه نهال‌ها انجام و 1 و 5/1 سال بعد، طول شانکر یادداشت­برداری شد. یافته­ ها: پاتوار سویه‌ها P. syringae pv. syringae تشخیص داده شد. بیشترین و کمترین طول شانکر به ‌ترتیب در هیبریدهای AD1033 و AC113 معادل 76/34 میلی‌متر و 35/8 میلی‌متر دیده شد. روش مایه­زنی شاخه بریده برای ارزیابی واکنش رقمهای زردآلو مناسب نبود. هیبریدها در پنج گروه بسیار مقاوم، شش هیبرید مقاوم، هشت هیبرید نسبتا مقاوم و هفت هیبرید حساس بودند. نتیجه­ گیری: هیبریدهای AD1033, AD1042, AD940, AD811, HS210, DM101, HS203 حساس شناخته شدند، که پیشنهاد می‌شود در برنامه‌های اصلاحی و احداث/جایگزینی باغها به ­کار برده نشوند. رقمهای جلیل، پارسی و شانلی به‌ترتیب مقاوم و نسبتا مقاوم تشخیص داده شدند.
