میرزاپور ث، درویشنیا م، بازگیر ع، میرزائی نجفقلی ح (1399) تنوع بیماری­زایی جدایه ­های Didymella rabiei عامل سوختگی نخود در سه استان غربی ایران. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 9(2): 13-1.

مقدمه: سوختگی ناشی از Didymella rabiei  مهم­ترین عامل محدودکننده تولید نخود در جهان، از جمله استان­های غربی ایران است. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین تنوع بیماری­زایی جدایه­های بیمارگر از استان­های غربی ایران (ایلام، لرستان و کرمانشاه) و ارتباط تنوع بیماری­زایی با منشا جغرافیایی آنها بود.  مواد و روش­ها: در طول فصل زراعی 97- 96 نمونه­ هایی از گیاهان آلوده از مزارع نخود استان­های غربی، جمع ­آوری شده و به آزمایشگاه منتقل گردید. بدین ترتیب صد جدایه خالص از D. rabiei تهیه شد. جدایه‌ها بر اساس محل جمع ­آوری به 20 گروه تقسیم شدند. از هر گروه، بر اساس خصوصیات مورفولوژیک، یک جدایه به عنوان نماینده جهت انجام آزمایش گلخانه­ای انتخاب گردید. تنوع بیماریزایی این 20 جدایه روی هشت رقم افتراقی نخود در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح آماری بلوک­های کامل تصادفی در گلخانه بررسی شد. یافته­ ها: تجزیۀ واریانس داده­های آزمایش نشان داد که اختلاف معنی­ داری بین واکنش رقم­ها به جدایه­های مختلف بیمارگر در سطح احتمال یک درصد وجود دارد. جدایه­ های بیمارگر بر اساس واکنش رقم­های افتراقی، در سه گروه بیماریزای 1 ( کم آزار) ، 2 (پرآزار یا نیمه پرآزار) و 3 (بسیار پرآزار) شناسایی شدند. جدایه ­های استان­های کرمانشاه و لرستان در گروه 1 و جدایه ­های استان ایلام در گروه‌های 1، 2 و 3 قرار گرفتند. بیشترین شدت بیماری در سه جدایه از استان ایلام مشاهده شد. رقم ILC3996 بیشترین مقاومت را نسبت به همه این جدایه ­ها نشان داد. نتیجه­ گیری: جدایه ­های D. rabiei در سه استان غربی ایران در سه گروه بیماری­زای 1، 2 و 3 ، کم­آزار، نیمه پرآزار و بسیار پرآزار قرار دارند. جدایه‌های بسیار پرآزار در استان ایلام شناسایی شدند که از آنها می­توان برای برنامه ­های اصلاحی تولید رقم­های مقاوم نخود به بیماری استفاده نمود. رقم غیرزراعی ILC3996 که نسبت به همه این جدایه ­ها مقاومت نشان داد، دارای ژن‌های مقاومت به این گروه‌های بیماری­زای بیمارگر است.
