فاطمی ا. و چاره‌گانی ح. 1396. نماتد مولد زخم ریشه Pratylenchus thornei. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 7(1): 39-28.

نماتدهای مولد زخم ریشه یکی از مهم‏ترین و مخرب‏ترین عوامل بیماری‏زای گیاهی به ‏شمار می‏آیند که در تمام مراحل رشدی گیاه بین خاک و ریشه حرکت می‏کنند. این نماتدها انگل داخلی مهاجر بوده و تغذیه‏ ی نماتد سبب پدیدار شدن زخم‏های قهوه‌ای نکروتیک روی سطح و درون کورتکس ریشه‌ی آلوده می‏گردد و باعث از بین رفتن سیستم ریشه‏ ای، کم شدن رشد، پژمردگی و بالاخره مرگ گیاه می‏شود. استفاده از ارقام مقاوم، آیش و تناوب و استفاده از عوامل مبارزه زیستی از روش‌های مدیریتی این نماتد به‌حساب می‌آیند. در این مقاله، اهمیت و خسارت نماتد مولد زخم Pratylenchus thornei، موقعیت آرایه‌بندی، زیست‌شناسی، نشانه‌های آلودگی و در نهایت مهم‌ترین روش‌های مدیریت این نماتد شرح داده شده است.
