صفایی فراهانی ب. و مستوفی‌زاده قلمفرسا ر. 1395. دورگ‌های بین گونه‌ای Phytophthora spp. و خطر آن‌ها برای کشاورزی. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 6(1): 46-33.

دورگ‌شدن بین‌گونه‌ای فرایند تکاملی مهمی است که منجر به سازگاری و گونه‌زایی می‌شود. در دهه‌ی اخیر، پیشرفت در روش‌های رده‌بندی مولکولی منجر به افزایش تعداد دورگ‌های بین‌گونه‌ای توصیف شده در جنس Phytophthora شده است. در دورگ‌های Phytophthora، توارث و نوترکیبی ژن‌های دو والد منجر به افزایش تهاجم و وسیع‌تر شدن دامنه‌ی میزبانی در مقایسه با هر یک از والدین می‌شود. تاکنون چندین دورگ بین‌گونه‌ای Phytophthora در ایران گزارش شده است. شناسایی و بررسی بیماری‌زایی و دامنه‌ی میزبانی دورگ‌های موجود در ایران و پیش‌گیری از تشکیل دورگ‌های جدید پیش از بروز خسارت اقتصادی شدید، برای مدیریت بیماری‌های ناشی از این شبه­قارچ­ها پیشنهاد می‌شود.
