سابقه و هدف: گیاهان در زیراشکوب جنگل تعامل مستقیمی با نوع و شرایط بوم‌شناختی توده‌های جنگلی دارند و نقش بسیار مهمی در تعادل اکولوژیکی آن ایفا می‌کنند، شناخت و بررسی فلور زیر اشکوب توده‌های جنگلی بسیار ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و شناخت گونه‌های گیاهی، شکل زیستی و کورولوژی آن‌ها به تفکیک توده‌های اصلی بلوط ایرانی در جنگل حفاظتی قلاجه در استان کرمانشاه صورت گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: توده‌های جنگلی بر اساس فرم رویشی (دانه‌زاد، شاخه‌زاد و دانه و شاخه‌زاد) تفکیک گردید. سپس به صورت تصادفی در هر کدام سه قطعه نمونه یک هکتاری برداشت و ویژگی‌های ساختاری تمام درختان و جست‌گروه‌ها شامل نام گونه، فرم رویشی، تعداد جست‌ها، قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع درختان و ارتفاع غالب جست‌گروه‌ها و دو قطر عمود برهم تاج برداشت شد. جهت بررسی گیاهان زیر اشکوب در هر کدام از قطعه نمونه‌های اصلی تعداد ده قطعه نمونه 100 متر مربعی به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در هر گوشه آن‌ها چهار قطعه نمونه یک مترمربعی برداشت گردید. در هرقطعه نمونه نوع گونه گیاهی و درصد پوشش آنها، و تعداد لپه‌ها در آن‌ها ثبت شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در زیراشکوب توده‌های مختلف بلوط ایرانی تعداد 146 گونه از گیاهان آوندی متعلق به 35 تیره و 104 جنس رویش دارند. از این تعداد 124 گونه گیاهی متعلق به 33 تیره و 88 جنس در توده شاخه‌زاد، 103 گونه متعلق به 31 تیره و 83 جنس در توده شاخه و دانه‌زاد و تعداد 108 گونه متعلق به 33 تیره و 81  جنس در توده دانه‌زاد شناسایی گردید. بررسی شکل‌زیستی گونه‌های گیاهی به روش رانکایر در زیراشکوب جنگل نشان داد که در هر سه توده مورد بررسی تروفیت‌ها غالب هستند و فانروفیت کمترین تعداد را به خود اختصاص می‌دهند. در همه توده‌ها تعداد گونه‌های گیاهی دولپه بیش از 75 درصد گونه‌های موجود در توده را تشکیل می‌دهند. بررسی پراکنش جغرافیایی در گونه‌های گیاهی به روش زهری نیز نشان می‌دهد در توده‌های شاخه‌زاد، شاخه دانه‌زاد و دانه‌زاد به ترتیب 25، 71/25 و 30 درصد گونه‌ها مربوط به ناحیه رویشی ایران تورانی، 6/30، 5/30 و 7/32 درصد در دو ناحیه، 9/20، 8/22 و 8/16 درصد در سه ناحیه و 5/22، 20 و 6/21 درصد جزو عناصر رویشی چند ناحیه از مناطق پراکنش می‌باشد. تعداد گونه‌های جهان‌وطنی در سه توده نیز کمتر از یک درصد گونه‌ها را به اختصاص داد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نیز نشان داد که بین توده‌های بلوط دانه‌زاد، شاخه‌زاد و شاخه‌دانه‌زاد، به‌جز در تعداد گونه‌های تروفیت و گونه‌های تک‌لپه‌ای در سایر مؤلفه‌های مورد بررسی اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. در مقابل، تعداد گونه‌های تروفیت و تک‌لپه‌ای در توده شاخه‌زاد به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از دو توده دیگر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تفاوت در ترکیب فلوری، ساختار اشکال زیستی و الگوی کورولوژیک زیراشکوب در توده‌های مختلف بلوط منطقه حفاظت‌شده قلاجه، بیانگر همگنی زیستگاهی و پایداری نسبی شرایط اکولوژیک منطقه است. غلبه تروفیت‌ها در تمامی توده‌ها نشان‌دهنده سازگاری پوشش گیاهی با شرایط اقلیمی خشک و نیمه‌خشک و نوسانات فصلی بوده و می‌تواند به‌عنوان شاخصی از پاسخ اکوسیستم به تنش‌های محیطی مورد توجه قرار گیرد که در توده شاخه‌زاد بیشتر از سایر توده‌ها بود.
