چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: تأمین عناصر مهم و مؤثر نظیر روی و بور در عملکرد کمی و کیفی به‌ویژه در مناطقی که خاک به دلایلی نمی‌تواند نیاز گیاه را تأمین کند، راهکاری مناسب برای بهبود کیفیت بذر و گیاهچه و وضعیت تغذیه و بهداشت جامعه خواهد بود. با توجه به اینکه در بخش قابل توجهی از مناطق تولید کننده گندم کشور مراحل نمو بذر با گرمای انتهای فصل مواجه می‌شود، بنابراین در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی تأثیر تنش گرما و تغذیه گیاه مادری با عناصر ریزمغذی روی و بور بر زوال بذر و کیفیت فیزیولوژیک گیاهچه گندم پرداخته شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در یک آزمایش مزرعه‌ای بذرهای گندم در دو تاریخ کاشت مناسب (30 آبان ماه) و تأخیری (15 دی ماه) برای اعمال تنش گرمای انتهای فصل در مرحله نمو بذر، در شهرستان رامهرمز با سه تکرار کشت شدند. تغذیه گیاه مادری با عناصر روی و بور در سه سطح (عدم استفاده، کاربرد روی و کاربرد بور) بصورت محلول‌پاشی اعمال شد. بذرها بعد از برداشت به آزمایشگاه منتقل و سلامت غشا سلول‌های بذر توسط آزمون هدایت الکتریکی به‌عنوان شاخصی از زوال‌پذیری بررسی شد. همچنین بخش دیگری از بذرها نیز برای بررسی کیفیت بذر و گیاهچه در گلخانه به‌صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلدان کشت و ارزیابی شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مواجه شدن نمو بذر با تنش گرما سبب کاهش کیفیت بذر و همچنین گیاهچه‌های حاصل از آن شد. به‌طوری که غشا سلولی در بذر تولید شده در شرایط تنش گرما دچار آسیب شده و هدایت الکتریکی آنها 19% افزایش یافت. همچنین این بذرها در مواجه با تیمار فرسودگی، حساسیت بیشتری نشان دادند. درصد ظهور گیاهچه در بذرهای تنش دیده 66/21% کاهش یافت. همچنین تنش گرما شاخص‌های کیفیت گیاهچه نظیر میزان کلروفیل، وزن خشک بخش هوایی و ریشه را کاهش داد. استفاده از عناصر روی و بور بر گیاه مادری سبب شد تا علاوه بر بهبود کیفیت بذر و گیاهچه در شرایط عدم تنش، از اثرات بد تنش گرما بر کیفیت بذر و گیاهچه نیز کاسته شود. همبستگی منفی و معنی‌داری بین هدایت الکتریکی بذر و پارامترهای کیفی وجود داشت. لذا استفاده از این آزمون برای تعیین کیفیت بذر به‌ویژه بذرهای تولید شده در شرایط تنش گرمای انتهای فصل، قابل توصیه است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثرات منفی گرما طی نمو بذر بر کیفیت بذر تولید شده، تاریخ کاشت حتی الامکان به گونه‌ای تنظیم شود که نمو بذر با تنش گرمای انتهای فصل مواجه نشود. نظر به اثرات مفید کاربرد روی و بور در گیاه مادری بر بسیاری از صفات مرتبط با کیفیت بذر و گیاهچه، مصرف آنها بویژه روی در شرایط خاکهای دچار کمبود و یا احتمال وقوع تنش گرمای آخر فصل قابل توصیه است.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
  1. ریز مغذی‌های روی و بور جهت تخفیف اثرات مضر تنش گرما بر کیفیت بذر تولیدی استفاده شدند.
  2. خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک گیاهچه تولید شده در شرایط مزرعه‌ای تحت تنش گرمای آخر فصل، بررسی شد.
