چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: استفاده از مواد دگرآسیب یا ترشحات گیاهی که دارای پتانسیل بازدارندگی در برابر علف‌های‌هرز باشد یکی از روش‌های زیستی مهار علف‌های هرز است. مطالعات دگرآسیبی گندم شامل بررسی دگرآسیبی گندم در مقابل دیگر گیاهان زراعی، علف‌های هرز، آفات و بیماری‌ها، جداسازی و شناسایی ترکیبات دگرآسیب، اثرات سمیت گندم روی خود گیاه و مدیریت بقایای گندم می‌باشد. علف هرز خردل وحشی (Sinapis arvensis) از علف‌های هرز مشکل‌ساز در کشور و به‌ویژه استان گلستان می‌باشند. تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور بررسی پتانسیل دگرآسیبی چهار رقم گندم به‌منظور استفاده از آن ارقام در سامانه مدیریت تلفیقی کاهش علف هرز خردل وحشی اجرا شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه فیزیولوژی مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی گلستان انجام شد. تیمارها شامل غلظت‌های 0، 5/2، 5 و 5/7 درصد عصاره آبی اندام‌های هوایی و زیرزمینی چهار رقم گندم (مروارید، مغان، تجن و آرتا) به همراه تیمار پلی‌اتیلن گلیکول 6000 با سطوح غلظت‌های 0، 5/2، 5 و 5/7 درصد بود. به‌منظور ارزیابی پتانسیل دگرآسیبی اندام‌های ارقام گندم در کاهش درصد جوانه‌زنی خردل وحشی، از مدل لجستیک سه پارامتری و برای تعیین نوع ترکیبات اسیدهای فنلی در عصاره ارقام گندم از روش کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: عصاره اندام هوایی کلیه ارقام گندم در مقایسه با شاهد باعث کاهش طول ریشه‌چه خردل وحشی شد. ارقام مورد مطالعه گندم طول ساقه‌چه خردل وحشی را بین 28 تا 51 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد کاهش دادند. بیشترین کاهش طول ساقه‌چه از عصاره اندام هوایی رقم مروارید به دست آمد. افزایش غلظت عصاره اندام هوایی رقم آرتا به 5/7 درصد، وزن خشک ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه خردل وحشی به میزان 47 و 29 درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش داد و رقم مغان در همان غلظت 5/7 درصد سبب 68 درصد کاهش وزن خشک ریشه‌چه و 41 درصد وزن خشک ساقه‌چه شد. بیش‌ترین کاهش شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی گیاه خردل وحشی مربوطه به غلظت‌های بالای عصاره اندام هوایی گندم رقم مروارید و مغان بود. همچنین مشخص شد، با افزایش غلظت پلی‌اتیلن گلایکول شاخص‌های رشد و مؤلفه‌های جوانه‌زنی بذر خردل وحشی کاهش یافت، ولی این کاهش معنی‌داری نبود. این موضوع مؤید آن است که پتانسیل اسمزی غلظت عصاره در تشدید اثر آللوکمیکال‌ها دخیل نبوده و احتمال اثر اسمزی ضعیف به نظر می‌رسد. در مجموع رقم مروارید با 34/25 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم محتوای اسید فنولیک بیشترین غلظت اسید فنولیک را داشت که این مقدار تقریباً سه برابر رقم تجن، 5/1 برابر رقم مغان و سه برابر رقم آرتا بود. رقم مروارید از نظر میزان اسید وانیلیک و اسید فرولیک غلظت بالاتری از سه رقم دیگر داشت. در مجموع در میان ارقام مورد مطالعه کمترین اثر دگرآسیبی در رقم تجن و بیشترین در رقم مروارید مشاهده گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: از بین ارقام بررسی شده بیشترین بازدارندگی مربوط به رقم مروارید بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان بازدارندگی مربوط به عصاره اندام هوایی است که میزان بازدارندگی عصاره ریشه در برابر صفات مورد بررسی کمتر از اندام هوایی بود. به‌طور کلی نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که برخی ارقام گندم مانند رقم‌های مروارید پتانسیل بازدارندگی بیشتری در برابر علف هرز خردل وحشی دارند که این موضوع می‌تواند در برنامه‌های اصلاحی به‌منظور ایجاد ارقام با پتانسیل دگرآسیبی بالا مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. آگاهی از این موضوع به‌ویژه در مدیریت پایدار علف‌های هرز اهمیت زیادی دارد. لذا شایسته است بررسی‌های جامعی روی پتانسیل دگرآسیبی آن‌ها صورت گیرد تا امکان استفاده از آن‌ها در عرصه کشاورزی اعم از مبارزه با علف‌های هرز، آفات و بیماری‌های گیاهی، اصلاح گیاهان زراعی و باغی و طراحی تولید علف‌کش‌ها و آفت‌کش‌های سازگار با محیط‌زیست، ایمن و قابل‌تجزیه از نظر زیستی فراهم گردد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- توان دگرآسیبی ارقام گندم بر جوانه‌زنی بذر خردل وحشی بررسی شد.
2- از کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا در تشخیص مواد بازدارنده و دگر آسیب ارقام گندم استفاده گردید.
3- مهار زیستی علف هرز خردل وحشی بررسی شد.
