fa نماتدهای زخم ریشه و سیستی مزرعه های سبزی و صیفی حومه شهرستان رومشکان استان لرستان ایران Root-lesion and cyst nematodes of vegetable and cucurbits fields in the suburbs of Rumeshkan city, Lorestan province, Iran نماتد Nematology پژوهشي Research یاراحمدی ف، درویش نیا م، عزیزی ک (1402) نماتدهای زخم ریشه و سیستی مزرعه‌های سبزی و صیفی حومه شهرستان رومشکان استان لرستان ایران. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 12(2):65-53. <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: نماتدهای زخم ریشه و سیستی می‌توانند باعث خسارت و کاهش محصول سبزی و صیفی گردند. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی این نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مهم در مزرعه‌های این گیاهان در حومه شهرستان رومشکان استان لرستان ایران بود. مواد و روش‌&rlm;ها: چهل و پنج نمونـه خاک و ریشه از مزرعه‌های سبزی و صیفی این منطقه  در سال 1400 جمع‌آوری گردیدند. نماتدها به روش سینی استخراج و با استفاده از روش تکمیل شـده دگریـسه  تثبیـت و بـه گلیسیرین منتقل شدند. پس از تهیه اسلایدهای دائمی، با استفاده از میکروسکوپ زمینه روشن مجهز به لنز دیجیتال، خصوصیات ریختی هـر یـک از نماتـدها مطالعه و با استفاده از کلیدهای معتبر شناسایی شدند. یافته&rlm; ها: نماتدهای Pratylenchus speijeri ، P.neglectus، P. thornei و نماتد سیستی Heterodera schachtii  در مزرعه‌های این منطقه شناسایی شدند. P. speijeri برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش و توصیف می‌&rlm;&rlm;شود. همچنین H. schachtii برای اولین بار از کاهو در ایران گزارش می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری: نظر به حضور این نماتدهای انگل گیاهی مهم روی این گیاهان در این منطقه باید روش‌های مناسب مدیریت آنها را اجرا کرد. </div> <div>Yarahmadi F, Darvishnia M, Azizi K (2023) Root-lesion and cyst nematodes of vegetable and cucurbits fields in the suburbs of Rumeshkan city, Lorestan province, Iran. Plant Pathology Science 12(2):53-65.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Root lesions and cyst nematodes can cause serious damage and loss in vegetable and squash production. This research aimed to identify these important plant parasitic nematodes in the fields of these plants in the suburbs of Rumeshkan city, Lorestan province, Iran. Materials and Methods: Forty-five soil and root samples were collected from vegetable and squash fields in the region, in 2021. The nematodes were extracted using the tray method and fixed using the modified de Grisse method and transferred to glycerol. After the permanent microscopic slides were prepared, the morphological characteristics of each nematode were examined using a bright-field microscope equipped with a digital camera and then identified using valid keys. Results: The lesion nematodes were identified as Pratylenchus speijeri, P. neglectus and P. thornei and the cyst nematode as Heterodera schachtii.
