fa قارچهای بذرزاد برنج در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد ایران Rice seed-borne fungi in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province of Iran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">بهمنی ا، صدروی م، عبداللهی م (1400) قارچهای بذرزاد برنج در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد ایران. دانش بیماریشناسی گیاهی 11(2): 23-13. </div> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Doi: 10.2982/PPS.11.1.13   </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در جنوب غرب ایران از مناطق مهم کشت برنج است. قارچهای بذرزاد ممکن است باعث شیوع بیماریهای مخربی گردند، بنابراین شناسایی آنها برای پیشگیری از بروز این بیماریها ضروری است. مواد و روشها: سی نمونه بذر چهار رقم برنج  از مناطق مختلف این استان جمع آوری شدند. قارچهای همراه بذر  با روشهای قرار دادن روی محیط کشت سیب زمینی-دکستروز-آگار، بلاتر و بلاتر انجمادی جداسازی و پس از خالصسازی، خصوصیات ریختی آنها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و شناسایی شدند. فراوانی کل بذرهای آلوده به قارچها و فراوانی بذرهای آلوده به هر قارچ محاسبه شدند. تاثیر این قارچها بر جوانه زنی بذر و رشد ریشه چه چهار رقم چمپا، شمیم، گرده و لنجان به روش قرار دادن بین کاغذهای صافی سترون مرطوب آزمایش شد. یافته ها: بیست و هشت قارچ از 11جنس Alternaria ، Aspergillus ،Bipolaris ، Cladosporium ، Curvularia ، Epicoccum ، Fusarium، Penicillium ، Pyrenophora، Rhizopus  و Ulocladium در این سی نمونه شناسایی شدند. این قارچها تاثیر معنی داری بر جوانه زنی بذر چهار رقم برنج نداشتند ولی باعث پوسیدگی بافت ریشه چه آنها شدند. متوسط آلودگی رقم چمپا کمتر از سایرین بود. نتیجه گیری: رقم چمپا مقاومت نسبی به این قارچها دارد وپس از آن به ترتیب شمیم، لنجان و گرده قرار دارند.       </div> Bahmani E, Sadravi M, Abdollahi M (2022) Rice seed-borne fungi in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province of Iran. Plant Pathology Science 11(2):13-23.   Doi: 10.2982/PPS.11.1.13   <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The province of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad in southwestern Iran is an important rice-growing area. Seed-borne fungi can cause harmful diseases, so identifying them is important to prevent these diseases. Materials and Methods: Thirty seed samples of four rice varieties were collected from different regions of the province. Seed-borne fungi were isolated by using the potato-dextrose-agar plate, blotter, and deep freezing blotter methods and after purification, their morphological characteristics were studied and they were identified. The total frequency of seeds infected with fungi and the frequency of seeds infected with each fungus were calculated. The effect of these fungi on seed germination and root growth of four cultivars Champa, Shamim, Gerdeh, and Lenjan was tested by placing them between wet sterile filter papers. Results: Twenty-eight fungi of 11 genera vs. Alternaria, Aspergillus, Bipolaris, Cladosporium, Curvularia, Epicoccum, Fusarium, Penicillium, Pyrenophora, Rhizopus, and Ulocladium were identified in these thirty samples. These fungi did not significantly affect seed germination of these varieties, but caused root rot in them. The average infestation of the Champa variety was lower than the others.
