fa گونه‌های Fusarium عامل پژمردگی زیره در استان خراسان‌رضوی ایران Fusarium species, the causal cumin wilt in the Khorasan-Razavi province of Iran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">یوسفی نایی ج، پردل ع، درخشان ا، ناظور ع (1400) گونه های Fusarium عامل پژمردگی زیره در استان خراسان رضوی ایران. دانش بیماریشناسی گیاهی 10(2): 39-30.  Doi:10.2982/PPS.10.2.30.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: زیره دومین ادویه محبوب در جهان پس از فلفل سیاه است که هر ساله با سطح زیر کشت بالایی در ایران و به خصوص در استان خراسان رضوی کاشته می‌شود. بیماریهای قارچی هرساله خسارت زیادی به این گیاه با ارزش وارد میکنند. این پژوهش برای شناسایی قارچهای عامل زردی و پژمردگی زیره در استان خراسان رضوی اجرا شد. مواد و روش‌ها: بوته های زیره زرد و پژمرده از مزرعه های حومه  کاشمر، تربت حیدریه و رشتخوار در استان خراسان رضوی، نمونه‌برداری شدند و قارچها از بافتهای بیمار آنها جداسازی، خالص‌سازی و شناسایی شدند. بیماری‌زایی جدایه های قارچی روی رقم محلی در گلخانه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت یافته ها: دو گونه Fusarium شاملF. oxysporum  با بیشترین فراوانی و F. equiseti با کمترین فراوانی از بوته های بیمار زیره شناسایی شدند. میان  43 جدایه این قارچها 24 جدایه F. oxysporum  باعث پژمردگی و نه جدایه  F. equiseti باعث زردی بوته های زیره شدند. نتیجه‌گیری:</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">F. oxysporum   و F. equiseti عوامل پژمردگی و زردی زیره در خراسان رضوی هستند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Yousefi-Nayi J, Pordel A, Drakhshan A, Nazvar A (2021) Fusarium species the causal cumin wilt in the Khorasan-Razavi province of Iran. It is planted with a large acreage each year in Iran, especially in the Khorasan-Razavi province (northeastern Iran). Fungal diseases have caused great loss to this precious plant every year. This study aimed to investigate and identify the causal fungi of chlorosis and wilting of cumin in the Khorasan-Razavi province. Materials and Methods: Yellowed and wilted cumin plants were sampled from Torbat-Heydarieh, Kashmar, and Roshtkhar suburban’s farms, and fungi were isolated, purified, and identified, from their diseased tissues. The pathogenicity test of isolated fungi was carried out on a local cultivar under greenhouse conditions. Results: Two Fusarium species, including F. oxysporum with the highest frequency and F. equiseti with the lowest frequency, were isolated from diseased cumin plants. Between 43 isolates of these fungi in the pathogenicity test, twenty-four isolates of F. oxysporum caused wilt, and nine isolates of  F. equiseti caused chlorosis and leaf fall, in the plant.
