fa معرفی پنج بیماری‌ اندام‌های هوایی فلفل‌دلمه‌ای تخصصي Special ترویجی Extentional نصراصفهانی، م.، کاسب، غ. و شفیع‌زاده، ش. 1390. معرفی پنج بیماری اندام‌های هوایی فلفل‌دلمه‌ای. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 1(1):70- 63. <div> فلفل‌دلمه‌ای، یکی از گیاهانی است که با توجه به ارزش غذایی و میزان مصرف آن، اخیراً کشت آن در استان اصفهان گسترش یافته است. در طی بازدید مزارع و گلخانه‌های تحت کشت این گیاه در این استان، بوته‌های بیمار نمونه‌برداری و در کیسه‌های پلاستیکی تمیز جمع‌آوری و به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شدند. بررسی نشانه‌های بیماری‌ها، جداسازی، خالص‌سازی و خصوصیات ریخت‌شناسی بیمارگرها نشان داد که 5 بیماری سفیدک‌کرکی، سفیدک‌پودری، پوسیدگی اسکلروتینیایی ساقه، سوختگی آلترناریایی و کپک خاکستری، که عوامل آن‌ها : Peronospora tabacina ،Levielulla taurica ، Sclerotinia sclerotiorum ، Alternaria alternata و Botrytis cinerea هستند، روی اندام‌های هوایی فلفل‌دلمه‌ای در این استان شایع می‌باشند. روش‌های نمونه‌برداری، جداسازی و خالص‌سازی بیمارگرها، نشانه‌های بیماری‌ها و خصوصیات ریخت‌شناسی عوامل آن‌ها شرح داده شده است. </div> The Pepper (Capsicum annuum) is one of the important field crops in the worlds, which its cultivation has been developed, because of its food value and consumptions. But, there are certain diseases, which limited the growth and productivity, out of which the fungal diseases are of high severity. Thus, for this very purpose, a survey was conducted in the pepper growing areas including field and glass houses for fungal diseases identification in Isfahan provinces. The infected pepper plants were collected in the plastic bages and transferred, into the lab. The macro and microscopic studies indicated that there are severed fungal diseases infecting the pepper plant on the areal parts, including Powdery mildews, Downy mildews, Sclerotinia stem rot, early blight and Botrytis molds. Except the Downy and Powdery mildews being obligate parasite, which cannot be cultured the rest were culture from the margin in the infected parts, where the disease were under development on PDA for purification and identifications through tip culture.
