مقدمه: ویروس برگ بادبزنی(GFLV) یک ویروس‌ مهم آلوده کننده انگور در جهان است. مواد و روش‌ها: انگورهای دارای نشانه GFLV از حومه شهر خرم‌آباد در استان لرستان ایران،  در بهار 1399 نمونه‌برداری شدند و آزمون RT-PCR جهت تکثیر ژن GFLV-CP آنها انجام و محصول واکنش توالی‌یابی شد. یافته‌ها: آغازگرهای اختصاصی توانستند قطعه‌ای به طول bp 1515 مربوط به ژن CP را تکثیر کنند. بر اساس توالی نوکلئوتیدی این قطعه، GFLV برای نخستین بار در این منطقه شناسایی شد. تشابه ترادف نوکلئوتیدی این جدایه به میزان 64/95 -14/89 درصد با دیگر جدایه‌های موجود در بانک ژن NCBI تشخیص داده شد. همچنین در درخت نسب­ شناسی  این جدایه ­ها بر اساس ناحیه ژنومی CP، جدایه‌های GFLV در دو گروه I و II خوشه‌بندی شدند. جدایه لرستان GFLV همراه با جدایه‌های GFLV متعلق به ناحیه شمال غربی کشور و جدایه شهر تاکستان در یک زیرشاخه در گروه I قرار گرفتند و جدایه‌های مربوط به سایر کشورها نیز در این گروه در یک زیرشاخه مجزا قرار گرفتند. همچنین جدایه‌های شرق کشور و استان‌های فارس و کهگیلویه و بویراحمد نیز در گروه II و در زیرشاخه‌های متفاوت قرار گرفتند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته­ های این پژوهش‌ بیانگر بومی بودن ویروس، خاستگاه احتمالی آن از ایران و سپس گسترش آن به سایر نقاط دنیا و نیز اثر جدایی جغرافیایی در تکامل GFLV می‌باشد.
