چاره‌گانی ح (1399) تأثیر سرکه چوب، اسید هیومیک و ریزجانداران موثر بر نماتد Meloidogyne javanica  روی گوجه‌فرنگی. دانش بیماری‌شناسی گیاهی 9(2):84-73.         DOI:10.2982/PPS.9.2.73.

مقدمه: نماتد غده ریشه Meloidogyne javanica خطرناک‌ترین نماتد بیماریزای گیاهی در جهان است. با توجه به خطرهای زیست ‌محیطی حاصل از سم­های شیمیایی برای مهار این نماتد، یافتن ترکیبهای ایمن و دوستدار محیط زیست ضروری می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر اثر سرکه چوب در غلظت‌های 3/0، 6/0 و 9/0 درصد حجمی-حجمی، ریزجانداران مؤثر (EM®) در غلظت‌های 5، 10 و 15 درصد حجمی-حجمی و اسید هیومیک در غلظت‌های 2/0، 4/0 و 6/0 درصد حجمی-حجمی و نماتدکش ترویگو (شاهد مثبت) در غلظت 4/0 درصد حجمی-حجمی در خسارت M. javanica روی گوجه­فرنگی رقم Early-Urbana در شرایط گلخانه بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: EM® در بالاترین غلظت (15 درصد حجم به حجم) موثرترین ترکیب آلی مورد استفاده برای کاهش شاخص‌های جمعیتی نماتد بود. این تیمار موجب افزایش طول، وزن‌تر و خشک شاخساره به ترتیب به میزان 41، 28 و 36 درصد و کاهش تعداد تخم، گال و کیسه‌تخم در ریشه و عامل تولیدمثل نماتد به ترتیب به میزان 58، 48، 49 و 57 درصد شد. نماتدکش ترویگو موجب کاهش تعداد تخم، گال و کیسه‌تخم در ریشه و فاکتور تولیدمثل نماتد به ترتیب به میزان 87، 88، 96 و 87 درصد درمقایسه با گیاهان تیمار نشده گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: ترکیبهای آلی مورد استفاده در این آزمایش توانایی مهار M. javanica در گوجه‌فرنگی کشت شده در شرایط گلخانه را دارند.
