لکه غربالی ناشی از  Stigmina carpophila  یک بیماری مهم درختان میوه هسته­ دار در ایران و جهان است. بیمارگر اسپورودوکیومهای با کنیدیوم­بر‌های سمپودیال و کنیدیوم‌های 5-3 سلولی تولید می­کند و دامنه­ ی میزبانی  وسیعی دارد و تقریباً  به تمام گونه‌های درختان میوه هسته‌دار حمله می‌کند. بیمارگر به صورت میسلیوم در شاخه‌ها یا به شکل کنیدیومها در جوانه‌ها، زمستانگذرانی می­کند. رطوبت و دما نقش مهمی در شیوع و شدت بیماری دارند. قارچ به بافت­های گیاهی به صورت مستقیم با کمک چنگک و یا غیرمستقیم از طریق روزنه­ ها نفوذ می­کند. بیماری لکه غربالی درختان میوه هسته‌دار در ایران اهمیت زیادی دارد، بنابراین در این مقاله نشانه­ ها، مشخصات عامل، نحوه­ی شیوع و روشهای مدیریت بیماری شرح داده شده­اند.
