fa واکنش شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و رشدی گیاهچه‎‌های پنج گونه علف‌هرز تحت تاثیر دگرآسیبی عصاره برگ گیاه سرو خمره‌ای (Thuja orientalis) Response of germination and growth indices of seedlings of five weed species as affected by leaf extract allelopathy of Thuja orientalis فیزیولوژی بذر Seed Physiology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه: دگرآسیبی همان جنگ شیمیایی گیاهان است. امروزه تلاش جهانی بشر در کشاورزی به سمت استفاده کمتر از سموم شیمیایی و معرفی روش‌های جدید زیستی برای مهار علف‌های هرز، اختصاص یافته است. از راهکار‌های پیشنهادی جهت مدیریت علف‌های هرز، می‌توان به جداسازی دگرآسیب‌رسان‌های شیمیایی از گیاهان و استفاده آن‌ها به عنوان علفکش‌های طبیعی اشاره کرد. مواد و روش‌ها: تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی برخی خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی و بیوشیمیایی علف‌های هرز قاصدک (Taraxacum officinale)، بومادران (Achillea millefolium)، ترشک (Rumex acetosa)، ختمی (Althaea officinalis)، تاجخروس (Amaranthus retroflexus) تحت تأثیر غلظت‌های عصاره‌ی آبی برگ سرو خمره‌ای انجام شد. آزمایش بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار صورت گرفت. عصاره‌های آبی برگ سرو خمره‌ای در غلظت‌های صفر، 5،10،20 و 30 درصد مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که عصاره آبی برگ سرو خمره‌ای بر تمامی صفات مورد بررسی اثر معنی‌داری داشت و بیشترین اثر بازدارندگی مربوط به غلظت 30 درصد عصاره بود به طوریکه در علفهرز قاصدک، بومادران، ترشک، ختمی و تاجخروس درصد جوانه‌زنی (33/93، 55/88، 3/48، 36/27و 5/40 درصد)، سرعت جوانه‌زنی (100، 36/76، 28/39، 72/71و 47/57 درصد)، ضریب جوانه‌زنی (100، 6/79، 56/39، 78/71و 47/51 درصد)، شاخص جوانه‌زنی (2/57، 6/72، 61/84، 5/72و 6/85 درصد)، حداکثر درصد جوانه‌زنی(9/67، 7/48، 4/61، 9/70و 57 درصد)، ارزش جوانه‌زنی(2/43، 39، 9/46، 53و 8/59 درصد)، سرعت جوانه‌زنی روزانه (100، 5/77، 56/39، 9/70و 02/56 درصد)، شاخص بنیه بذر(9/96، 7/92، 5/97، 2/93و 1/92 درصد) و محتوای نسبی آب (1/53، 35/38، 37/35، 65/37و 1/47 درصد) به ترتیب نسبت به شاهد کاهش یافت در حالی که متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی(6/51، 6/71، 7/50، 3/60و 5/60 درصد) و نشت یونی(23/24، 15، 33/18، 3/17و 23/20 درصد) به ترتیب نسبت به شاهد افزایش یافت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بذر گیاه قاصدک نسبت به اثرات بازدارنده عصاره آبی برگ گیاه سرو خمره‌ای از بذر سایر علف‌های هرز مطالعه شده حساس‌تر است.  نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به حضور ترکیبات مونوترپنی از قبیل آلفا پینن، سابینن، بتا فلاندرن و دلتا کارن و همچنین ترکیبات فنولی در گیاه سرو خمره‌ای به نظر می‌رسد اثرات دگرآسیبی این گیاه عمدتا به دلیل حضور این متابولیت‌های ثانویه باشد. وجود اثرات دگرآسیبی قابل توجه عصاره آبی برگ سرو خمره‌ای در غلظت‌های بالا می‌تواند آن را به ابزاری بالقوه، کارآمد و دوستدار محیط زیست در مهار پنج گونه علفه رز مطالعه شده (قاصدک، بومادران، ترشک، ختمی، تاج‌خروس) در این پژوهش تبدیل کند. جنبه‌های نوآوری:</div> <ol> <li class="CxSpMiddle" dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 38px; text-align: justify;">عصاره‌ برگ گیاه سرو خمره‌ای دارای اثرات دگرآسیبی قابل توجهی بر جوانه‌زنی بذر گیاهان مورد مطالعه است. </li> <li class="CxSpMiddle" dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 38px; text-align: justify;">از بین بذر‌های مورد مطالعه بذر گیاه قاصدک نسبت به بقیه در برابر عصاره آبی گیاه سرو خمره‌ای حساس‌تر است.</li> <li class="CxSpMiddle" dir="RTL" style="margin-right: 38px; text-align: justify;">عصاره آبی برگ گیاه سرو خمره‌ای با آسیب به غشا‌های سلولی سبب اثرات نامطلوب بر رشد و جوانه‌زنی گیاهان مورد مطالعه خواهد شد.</li> </ol> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended abstract Introduction: Allelopathy is the same as chemical warfare among plants. Today, global human efforts in agriculture are allocated towards reducing chemical pesticides and introducing new biological methods to control weeds. One of the proposed solutions for weed management is isolating allelochemical compounds from plants and using them as natural herbicides. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted to investigate some germination and biochemical properties of the weeds Taraxacum officinale, Achillea millefolium, Rumex acetosa, Althaea officinalis, and Amaranthus retroflexus As affectedby aqueous extract concentrations from the leaves of Thuja orientalis. The experiment was carried out in a completely randomized design with three replications. Aqueous leaf extracts of Thuja orientalis were used at concentrations of 0, 5%, 10%, 20% and 30%. Results: The results showed that the aqueous leaf extract of Thuja orientalis had a significant effect on all the studied traits, and the highest inhibitory effect was observed at a concentration of 30% of the extract. In Taraxacum officinale, Achillea millefolium, Rumex acetosa, Althaea officinalis, and Amaranthus retroflexus, the germination percentage (93.33%, 88.55%, 48.3.%, 27.36%, and 40.5%), germination rate (100%, 76.36%, 39.28%, 71.72%, and 57.47%), germination coefficient (100%, 77.5%, 39.56%, 70.9%, and 51.47 %), germination index (57.2%, 72.6%, 84.61%, 72.5%, and 85.6%), peak value (67.9%, 48.7%, 61.4%, 70.9%, and 57%), germination value (43.2%, 39%, 46.9%, 53%, and 59.8%), daily germination speed (100%, 77.5%, 39.56%, 70.9% and 56.02%), seed vigor index (69.9%, 92.7%, 97.5%, 93.2%, and 92.1%), and relative water content (53.1%, 38.35%, 35.37%, 37.65%, and 47.1%) decreased compared with the control, while the mean germination time (51.6%, 71.6%, 50.7%, 60.3%, and 60.5%) and ion leakage (24.23%, 15%, 18.33%, 17.3% and 20.23%) increased compared with the control. The results of this study showed that the seeds of Taraxacum officinale were more sensitive to the inhibitory effects of the aqueous leaf extract of Thuja orientalis compared with the seeds of other studied weeds. Conclusions: Considering the presence of monoterpene compounds such as alpha-pinene, sabinene, beta-phellandrene, and delta-carene, as well as phenolic compounds in Thuja orientalis, it seems that the allelopathic effects of this plant are mainly due to the presence of these secondary metabolites. The significant allelopathic effects of the aqueous leaf extract of Thuja orientalis at high concentrations can make it a potentially effective and environmentally friendly tool in controlling the studied weed species (Taraxacum officinale, Achillea millefolium, Rumex acetosa, Althaea officinalis, Amaranthus retroflexus) in this research.
