fa اثرات تاریخ کاشت و اندازه سوخ مادری بر کمیت و کیفیت بذر پیاز (Allium cepa) رقم تگزاس ارلی گرانو 502 در منطقه فریدن اصفهان اکولوژی بذر Seed Ecology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">چکیده مبسوط</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">مقدمه:</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> انتخاب تاریخ کاشت مناسب برای هر اقلیم و اندازه سوخ مادری از عوامل مهم و مؤثر بر کمیت و کیفیت تولید بذر ارقام مختلف پیاز است. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثرات تاریخ کاشت و اندازه سوخ مادری بر کمیت و کیفیت بذر پیاز روز کوتاه رقم تگزاس ارلی گرانو 502، در منطقه فریدن اصفهان طی دو سال زراعی 1396-1395 انجام شد.</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> آزمایش در دو سال به صورت کرت‌های خردشده در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و در 4 تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی را تاریخ کاشت در چهار زمان به ترتیب اول شهریور، نیمه شهریور، اول مهر و نیمه مهر و فاکتور فرعی را اندازه سوخ مادری در سه سطح با قطرهای 5/3 تا 5، 5/5 تا 7 و 5/7 تا 9 سانتی‌متر تشکیل دادند. صفات اندازه‌گیری شده شامل تعداد چتر در واحد سطح، تعداد کپسول بارور در چتر، تعداد دانه در کپسول، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد بذر، درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی بذر بود.</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> نتایج تجزیه واریانس مرکب نشان داد که اثر سال تنها بر صفت تعداد کپسول در چتر در سطح 1 درصد معنی‌دار شده است و اثرات متقابل سال &times; تاریخ کاشت، سال &times; قطر سوخ مادری و سال &times; تاریخ کاشت &times; قطر سوخ مادری برای هیچ کدام از صفات معنی‌دار نگردید. در واقع صفات تحت تأثیر سال قرارنگرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تاریخ کاشت بر همه صفات به‌جزء وزن هزار دانه تأثیر معنی‌دار داشته و تاریخ کاشت اول (اول شهریور) برای همه صفات بیشترین مقادیر را به خود اختصاص داد. بیشترین درصد جوانه‌زنی (83/89 درصد) و بیشترین سرعت جوانه‌زنی (8/12 بذر در روز) در تاریخ کاشت اول شهریور حاصل شده است که با تاریخ‌های کاشت بعدی تفاوت آماری معنی‌دار نشان داد. اما این دو صفت تحت تأثیر تیمار قطر سوخ مادری قرار نگرفت. برای فاکتور قطر پیاز بیشترین عملکرد بذر (در سال اول 505 و در سال دوم 465 کیلوگرم در هکتار) به تیمار قطر سوخ مادری بین 5/7 تا 9 سانتی‌متر اختصاص پیدا کرد.</span></span></span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج کلی آزمایش نشان داد که </span></span></span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">برای حصول بیشترین و مطلوب‌ترین کیفیت بذر پیاز رقم تگزاس ارلی گرانو 502 در منطقه فریدن اصفهان، تاریخ کاشت اول شهریور و اندازه سوخ مادری بین 7 تا 9 سانتی‌متر توصیه می‌شود.</span></span></span></b><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">جنبه‌های نوآوری:</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">1- تاریخ کاشت زودهنگام پیاز (اول شهریور)، درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی بذرها را افزایش داد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">2- افزایش قطر سوخ مادری باعث افزایش عملکرد پیاز شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Extended Abstract</span></b><b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></b></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Introduction:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The selection of optimum planting date for every climate and mother bulb size are important factors affecting the quantity and quality of seed production in different cultivars. </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">T</span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">his study was performed in Isfahan province, Frieden, during two growing years</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt">2016-2017 to determine the effect of planting time and mother bulb size on the quantity and quality of short-day onion seed varieties Texas Early Grano 502</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Materials and Methods:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> A split-plot experiment was performed in a randomized complete block design with four replications. The main factor was cultivation dates at four levels: the end of August, the first of September, the end of September and the first of October and mother bulb size at three levels with 3.55, 5.5-7, and 7.5-9cm diameters were assigned as sub-plots. The measured traits were number of umbel per unit area, the number of fertilized capsules in umbel, the number of seeds per capsule, 1000 seed weight, seed yield and germination rate.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The results of combined analysis of variance showed that effect of year was only significant on the number of capsules per umbel at p<0.01. The interactions of year&times; mother bulb diameter and year&times; planting date&times; mother bulb diameter were not significant for any of the traits. The traits were not affected by the year. The results showed that the planting date had a significant effect on all traits except for 1000 seed weight, and the first planting date (the end of August) had the highest values in all traits. The highest germination percentage (89.83%) and the highest germination rate (12.8) were obtained on the first planting date, which showed a statistically significant difference with the subsequent planting dates. However, these two traits were not affected by mother bulb diameter treatment.
