10pt;">&nbsp;مقدمه: تنظیم برنامه‌های مدیریتی عملیات زراعی در مزارع نیشکر می‌بایست با شناخت دقیق و کافی از مراحل رشد، نمو و فنولوژی محصول بوده و بر اساس تفاوت‌های</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">هر یک از ارقام زراعی، مورد بازنگری قرار گیرد. با توجه به اهمیت مرحله سبز شدن بر رشد و استقرار گیاهچه‌های نیشکر و تولید عملکرد کمی و کیفی مطلوب و نبود اطلاعات کافی در این خصوص، آزمایشی به منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ کشت بر خصوصیات فنولوژیکی</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">مرحله گیاهچه‌ای برخی ارقام تجاری نیشکر در شرایط آب و هوایی جنوب خوزستان در دو سال زراعی 96-1395 و 97-1396 انجام شد.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش بصورت بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار اجرا شد. ارقام مورد بررسی بر اساس طول دوره رشد (خیلی زودرس، زودرس و میان‌رس) به ترتیب شامل </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP73-21</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">، </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP57-614</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> و </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP69-1062</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> بودند. عملیات کشت نیز در چهار تاریخ 20 مرداد ماه، یکم شهریور ماه، 10 شهریور ماه و 20 شهریور ماه انجام شد. روش کشت بصورت دستی و همپوشانی 3/1 قلمه‌ها انجام شد. با توجه به لزوم ممانعت از تبعات منفی گستردگی و غیر یکنواختی محیط آزمایشی و شرایط خاص کشت نیشکر، هر رقم زراعی در یک مزرعه جداگانه کشت شد و پس از نمونه برداری و بررسی صفات مختلف، محاسبات و تجزیه آماری برای هر یک از ارقام بصورت جداگانه انجام گردید. </span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در مرحله گیاهچه‌ای، نیشکر متأثر از شرایط سال و اثر متقابل سال در تاریخ کشت قرار نداشت و تیمارها از این نظر فاقد اختلاف معنی‌دار بودند. اختلاف تیمارهای تاریخ کاشت در تمام صفات شروع سبز شدن، تکمیل سبز شدن و سرعت سبز شدن جوانه‌های نیشکر و تعداد برگ، متوسط سطح تک برگ و سطح برگ کل معنی‌دار بود. در میان ارقام نیشکر، سریعترین شروع، تکمیل و سرعت سبز شدن را رقم </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP73-21</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> بدست آورد. این رقم در تمام تاریخ‌های کاشت نسبت به سایر ارقام دارای ثبات و یکنواختی رفتار بیشتری بود. درحالیکه رقم </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP69-1062</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> نسبت به سایر ارقام کندتر بود و تنوع رفتاری بیشتری را از نظر سبز شدن جوانه‌ها در تاریخ‌های مختلف کشت نشان داد؛ اما رقم </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP73-21</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> از نظر سطح سبز تولید شده نتیجه مناسبی را بدست نیاورد درحالیکه رقم </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP69-1062</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> به علت دارا بودن تعداد برگ و متوسط سطح تک برگ بیشتر، توانست بیشترین سطح سبز را تولید کند. همچنین بهترین نتیجه از نظر زمان شروع و تکمیل و سرعت رشد جوانه‌های سبز شده، در تاریخ‌های کشت 20 مرداد ماه و سپس یکم شهریور ماه بدست آمد.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج بدست آمده به منظور دستیابی به بهترین سبز شدن جوانه‌های نیشکر لازم است کشت عمده مزارع طی بیست روز اول شروع فصل کاشت اتمام یابد و اولویت کشت با رقم </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP69-1062</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> و سپس ارقام </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP57-614</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> و </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CP73-21</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> باشد. با توجه به اختلاف ارقام نیشکر، بهره‌گیری از اطلاعات رشد و نموی مرحله گیاهچه‌ای این ارقام می‌تواند به مدیریت علمی‌تر مزارع بر حسب خصوصیات هر رقم و سرانجام تولید عملکرد مطلوب منجر گردد.</span></span></strong><br> <br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span شد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <br> <strong>Extended abstract</strong><br> &nbsp;<strong>Introduction:</strong> Management of agricultural operations in sugarcane fields should be informed by the accurate knowledge of sugarcane growth stages and phenology and is to be reviewed based on variety differences. Given the importance of emergence stage on the establishment of seedling and final quality and quantity of sugarcane yield and given the absence of respective information, a study was conducted to investigate the effect of different planting dates on the phenological characteristics of the seedling stage of sugarcane cultivars in the south of Khuzestan Province during 2016-17 and 2017-18.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;<strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>The experiment was carried out as a randomized complete block design with three replications. In terms of growth period length, Very premature, Premature, and Semi mature cultivars included CP73-21, CP57-614 and CP69-1062. Planting dates were Aug. 11^th, Aug. 23^rd, Sep. 1^st and Sep 11^th. Planting operation was conducted manually and with 1/3 overlap of grafts. In order to prevent the negative effects brought about by the dispersion and non-uniformity of the experimental field and the special conditions of sugarcane cultivation, each cultivar was cultivated in a separate field and after sampling and the study of different traits, the statistical analysis of each cultivar was performed separately<span dir="RTL">.</span><u><span dir="RTL"></span></u><br> &nbsp;<strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that sugarcane seedling was not affected by annual conditions and the interaction effect of annual conditions and planting dates. The significant differences of planting dates were observed at the beginning of emergence, its completion and rate of emergence and the number of leaves produced and their area. The fastest rate of the beginning and the completion of emergence was obtained in CP73-21, and on different planting dates, it was more permanent than other cultivars studied, while CP69-1062 had the slowest and more behavioral diversity of emergence on different planting dates. The cultivar CP73-21 did not produce good results in terms of leaf area, but the CP69-1062 cultivar was able to produce the highest level of leaf area due to the extra number of leaves and the mean value of a single leaf area. In addition, the best results were obtained in all characteristics in<a name="_GoBack"></a> August, followed by September.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;<strong>Conclusions: </strong>Based on the results, in order to achieve the best emergence of sugarcane buds, it is necessary to complete the cultivation of most of the fields within the first twenty days of the beginning of the planting season and priority should be given to cultivar CP69-1062 and then cultivars CP57-614 and CP73-21.
