چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: کهورک در مزارع گندم، جو، زعفران، پنبه، سبزیجات، و در باغات به عنوان علف هرز معرفی شده است. گسترش این علف‌هرز در اقلیم‌های مختلف منجر به ایجاد این سؤال می‌شود که شرایط گیاه مادری بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی تا چه میزان می‌تواند تاثیرگذار باشد. بنابراین هدف از انجام این تحقیق ارزیابی تأثیر شرایط گیاه مادری بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی در پاسخ به تنش‌های محیطی (دما، شوری و خشکی) بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور بررسی چگونگی شکست خواب و آستانه‌های پاسخ جوانه‌زنی دو اکوتیپ علف‌هرز کهورک (خوزستان و فارس) به عوامل محیطی (دما، شوری و خشکی)، چهار آزمایش جداگانه به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 3 تکرار در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خوزستان انجام شد. آزمایش‌ها شامل غوطه‌وری بذرها در اسید سولفوریک غلیظ (96 درصد) (0، 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30 و 40 دقیقه)، دماهای مختلف شامل (0، 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35، 40 و 45 درجه سلسیوس)، سطوح شوری (0، 100، 200، 300، 400، 500 و 600 میلی‌مولار کلرید سدیم) و سطوح مختلف تنش خشکی (0، 2/0-، 4/0-، 6/0-، 8/0-، 1- و 2/1- مگاپاسکال) بود.
یافته‌ها: مدت زمان مورد نیاز جهت غوطه‌وری بذرهای دو اکوتیپ کهورک در اسید سولفوریک جهت شکست خواب متفاوت بود. پارامترهای معادله نشان داد که مدت زمان غوطه‌وری در اسید سولفوریک برای رسیدن به 50 درصد جوانه‌زنی در اکوتیپ خوزستان (38/11 دقیقه) نسبت به اکوتیپ فارس (10/8 دقیقه) بیشتر بود. همچنین اکوتیپ خوزستان در دمای 40 درجه سلسیوس قادر به جوانه‌زنی (45 درصد) بود، درحالی‌که جوانه‌زنی در اکوتیپ فارس در دمای مذکور متوقف گردید. سرعت جوانه‌زنی و درصد جوانه‌زنی تجمعی در دماهای کمتر از 25 درجه سلسیوس در اکوتیپ فارس نسبت به اکوتیپ خوزستان بیشتر بود. نتایج آزمایش شوری نشان داد که کاهش 50 درصدی شاخص بنیه بذر، درصد جوانه‌زنی نهایی و سرعت جوانه‌زنی در اکوتیپ فارس به ترتیب معادل 48/167، 46/404 و 02/307 میلی‌مولار و در اکوتیپ خوزستان معادل 89/229، 16/380 و 57/291 میلی‌مولار بود. در مورد اعمال تیمارهای خشکی، کاهش 50 درصدی درصد جوانه‌زنی نهایی، شاخص بنیه بذر و سرعت جوانه‌زنی در اکوتیپ فارس به ترتیب 50/0-، 38/0- و 39/0- مگاپاسکال و در اکوتیپ خوزستان به ترتیب 79/0-، 46/0- و 50/0- مگاپاسکال بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی، نتایج نشان داد که شرایط اقلیم رویشگاه گیاه مادری (طول و عرض جغرافیایی، ارتفاع از سطح دریا، میزان بارندگی و دما) می‌تواند بر میزان خواب و مقاومت به تنش‌های محیطی به مانند دما، شوری و خشکی تاثیرگذار باشد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- آستانه‌های پاسخ جوانه‌زنی بذرهای دو اکوتیپ کهورک فارس و خوزستان در مواجهه با دما و تنش‌های خشکی و شوری مقایسه گردید.
