چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: گون سفید (Astraglus gossypinus Fisher.) از جمله گیاهان با ارزش مولد صمغ کتیرا می‌باشد که اهمیت زیادی در حفاظت خاک و اقتصاد کشور دارد. تکثیر این گیاه از طریق بذر صورت می‌گیرد؛ که بذرهای آن در شرایط طبیعی دارای خواب می‌باشند. بنابراین، شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر خواب و ایجاد شرایط بهینه برای جوانه‌زنی بذرهای این گیاه برای کشت، اصلاح و احیاء مراتع لازم می‌باشد، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین بهترین تیمار جهت شکستن خواب و بهبود صفات جوانه‌زنی بذر گون سفید تحت تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف شیمیایی و فیزیکی اجرا گردید.
مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه بانک ژن غلات و حبوبات دانشگاه ایلام در سال 1396، اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل خراش‌دهی شیمیایی در دو سطح (بدون خراشدهی و خراش‌دهی با استفاده از اسید سولفوریک 98 درصد به مدت 10 دقیقه)، سرمادهی در سه سطح (بدون سرما، سرمادهی مرطوب در دمای چهار درجه سانتی‌گراد به مدت دو هفته و سرمادهی خشک در دمای 20- درجه سانتی‌گراد به مدت دو هفته)، پیش‌تیمار با محلول نیترات پتاسیم در دو سطح (صفر و محلول یک درصد نیترات پتاسیم) و با اسید جیبرلیک در دو سطح (صفر و 5 میلی‌گرم در لیتر اسید جیبرلیک) بودند. شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی مانند درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول گیاهچه و ریشه‌چه، شاخص بنیه بذر و وزن تر گیاهچه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: ارزیابی اولیه شاخص‌های حیاتی بذر مانند جوانه‌زنی و رشد اولیه گیاهچه نشان داد که کاربرد همزمان تیمار خراش‌دهی بذر با اسید سولفوریک و سرمادهی مرطوب بیشترین تأثیر مثبت را بر شکست خواب بذر و افزایش درصد جوانه‌زنی بذر دارند. بیشترین سرعت جوانه‌زنی در تیمار سرمادهی مرطوب مشاهده شد که 19/32 درصد در مقایسه با تیمار بدون سرمادهی، بیشتر بود. خراش‌دهی با اسید سولفوریک متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی بذر را در تیمار سرمادهی مرطوب کاهش داد. خراش‌دهی با اسید سولفوریک وزن تر گیاهچه را به میزان 25/55 درصد نسبت به تیمار بدون خراش‌دهی با اسید افزایش داد. پیش‌تیمار با نیترات پتاسیم موجب افزایش وزن تر گیاهچه گون سفید در شرایط بدون سرمادهی، سرمادهی مرطوب و خشک به‌ترتیب به‌میزان 66/52، 94/30 و 18/17 درصد شد. کاربرد نیترات پتاسیم باعث افزایش طول ریشه‌چه به‌میزان 60/7 درصد در مقایسه با تیمار بدون پرایم گردید. بیشترین طول ریشه‌چه (71/78 میلی‌متر) در تیمار خراش‌دهی با اسیدسولفوریک توأم با سرمادهی مرطوب در دمای 4 درجه سانتی‌گراد به مدت دو هفته به‌دست آمد که در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد حدود 77/30 درصد بیشتر بود. بیشترین طول گیاهچه (88/84 میلی‌متر) در تیمار خراش‌دهی با اسید سولفوریک، سرمادهی مرطوب و پیش‌تیمار با نیترات پتاسیم و اسید جیبرلیک به‌دست آمد. بیشترین شاخص بنیه بذر (85/61) در تیمار خراش‌دهی با اسید سولفوریک تحت تأثیر سرمادهی مرطوب و با پیش‌تیمار با اسید جیبرلیک و نتیرات پتاسیم مشاهده گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که بذر گون سفید دارای خواب از نوع فیزیکی و فیزیولوژیکی است و بهترین روش شکست خواب بذر و تحریک جوانه‌زنی آن تیمار سرمادهی مرطوب به مدت دو هفته و خراش‌دهی با اسید سولفوریک به مدت 10 دقیقه می‌باشد.
