 چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: جوانه‌زنی بذر مرحله پیچیده و پویایی از رشد گیاه می‌باشد و پرایمینگ بذر تکنیکی است که به‌واسطه آن بذرها پیش از قرار گرفتن در بستر خود و مواجهه با شرایط اکولوژیکی محیط، به لحاظ فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی آمادگی جوانه‌زنی را به دست می‌آورند. پرایمینگ بذر با افزایش جوانه‌زنی و بنیه بذر باعث افزایش عملکرد در گیاهان و هم‌چنین افزایش آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی و درنتیجه موجب افزایش درصد جوانه‌زنی می‌شود. مطالعات متعددی اثر پرایمینگ بذر با مواد آلی را بر بهبود جوانه‌زنی بذر گونه‌های مختلف گیاهی بررسی کرده‌اند که ازجمله آن‌ها اسید سالیسیلیک می‌باشد. نتایج تحقیقات نشان داده است که می‌توان از اسید سالیسیلیک به‌عنوان یک تنظیم‌کننده رشد جهت افزایش جوانه‌زنی گیاهان استفاده کرد. گوجه‌فرنگی از خانواده سولاناسه و دارای سازگاری وسیعی به شرایط مختلف اقلیمی و خاکی می‌باشد. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی اثر پرایمینگ غلظت‌های مختلف اسید سالیسیلیک بر جوانه‌زنی بذر و برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی نشاء گوجه‌فرنگی می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی شامل تیمار پرایمینگ در 3 زمان (12، 18 و 24 ساعت) با سه تکرار صورت گرفت. تیمار پرایمینگ شامل اسید سالیسیلیک (2، 5/2 و 3 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و آب مقطر بود. صفات اندازه‌گیری شده پارامترهای جوانه‌زنی شامل درصد، زمان، سرعت و یکنواختی جوانه‌زنی و صفات مورفولوژیک شامل ارتفاع نشاء، قطر طوقه، طول ریشه، تعداد و سطح برگ، وزن‌تر اندام هوایی و ریشه و وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه و صفات بیوشیمیایی شامل کلروفیل، آنزیم پراکسیداز، پرولین، میزان نیتروژن کل، پتاسیم، کلسیم، فسفر و سدیم نشاء بود.
یافته‌ها: تأثیر مطلوب اسید سالیسیلیک با غلظت 3 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر بر میانگین زمان جوانه‌زنی نسبت به تیمار آب مقطر حاصل شد. اثر مثبت اسید سالیسیلیک بر ارتفاع نشا و سطح برگ در غلظت 3 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر در مدت‌زمان‌های غوطه‌وری 18 و 24 ساعت، وزن‌تر و خشک ریشه و وزن‌تر و خشک اندام هوایی در مدت‌زمان 24 ساعت نسبت به شاهد مشاهده شد. خیساندن بذر در آب مقطر به مدت 12 و 24 ساعت موجب بالاترین طول ریشه شد و تیمار اسید سالیسیلیک نیز به‌طور معنی‌داری باعث کاهش طول ریشه شد. بیشترین ارتفاع نشاء (3/14 سانتی‌متر)، تعداد برگ (34)، شاخص کلروفیل (59)، آنزیم پراکسیداز (10873 دقیقه /گرم/ واحد)، درصد نیتروژن کل (89/2 درصد)، پتاسیم (8/9 درصد) و میزان پرولین (80/14 گرم وزن تازه/میکرو مول) در تیمار 24 ساعت غلظت 3 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر اسید سالیسیلیک مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، اسید سالیسیلیک در غلظت‌های معین توانست به بهبود جوانه‌زنی بذرهای گیاه گوجه‌فرنگی از طریق تنظیم فرایندهای فیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی کمک کند. به نظر می‌رسد که اسید سالیسیلیک با تأثیر بر رشد و تقسیمات سلولی منجر به افزایش رشد گیاه و بهبود شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و مورفوفیزیولوژیک گوجه‌فرنگی گردد. پرایمینگ بذرها با اسید سالیسیلیک در غلظت سه میلی‌گرم در لیتر و در زمان‌های طولانی‌تر تأثیر مثبتی بر اغلب صفات داشت، اما در ارتباط با مدت‌زمان پرایمینگ، نتایج مربوط به هر صفت متفاوت بود.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1-پرایمینگ بذر گوجه‌فرنگی در آب مقطر به مدت 18 ساعت، موجب کوتاه شدن زمان جوانه‌زنی بذر می‌شود.
2- اسید سالیسیلیک می‌تواند با تأثیر بر ویژگی‌های مورفوفیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی نشای گوجه‌فرنگی به‌عنوان یک پیش تیمار مناسب برای تولید نشاهایی با خصوصیات کمی و کیفی برتر به‌کاربرده شود.
