این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه پیش‌تیمارها‌ی هیدروپرایمینگ، آسکوربات و کلرید کلسیم با پیش‌تیمار غلظت‌های مختلف نانوذرات نقره بر بذرهای دو رقم برنج بومی هاشمی و اصلاح شده شیرودی در طی تنش خشکی انجام شد. آزمایش به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و صورت گرفت. فاکتور اول پیش‌تیمارهای شاهد (بدون پیش‌تیمار)، هیدروپرایمینگ، کلرید کلسیم 20 میلی‌گرم در لیتر، آسکوربات 20 میلی‌گرم در لیتر و غلظت‌های 20، 40 و 80 میلی‌گرم در لیتر نانوذرات نقره بود. فاکتور دوم تنش خشکی با پتانسیل‌های اسمزی معادل صفر، 48/1- و 91/4- بار ایجاد شده با محلول پلی‌اتیلن گلیکول 6000 بود. در گیاهان بدون تنش خشکی، پیش‌تیمار آسکوربات در رقم هاشمی و کلرید کلسیم در رقم شیرودی به ترتیب سبب کاهش 34 و 54 درصدی زمان لازم برای رسیدن به 50 درصد جوانه‌زنی (T50) شدند. در تنش ﺧﺸﮑﯽ، پیش‌تیمارهای آسکوربات و هیدورپرایمینگ بیشتر از تیمارهای نانوذرات نقره زمان لازم برای رسیدن بذرها به 50 (T50) و 90 (T90) درصد جوانه‌زنی را به‌ویژه در رقم شیرودی کاهش دادند. از طرف دیگر کلرید کلسیم نسبت به دیگر پیش‌تیمارها، نقش مهمی در افزایش صفات رشد در تیمارهای تنش خشکی داشت. غلظت‌ 40 میلی‌گرم در لیتر نانوذرات نقره تا حدودی سبب افزایش صفات رشد شده است، اما مقدار بیشتر نانوذرات نقره، تنش‌ را در دانه‌رست‌ها القا نمود. پیش‌تیمار آسکوربات از طریق کاهش رادیکال‌های آزاد اکسیژن باعث ﺑﻬﺒـﻮد مؤلفه‌های جوانه‌زنی و پیش‌تیمار کلرید کلسیم با افزایش کارایی غشاء پلاسمایی سبب افزایش رﺷـﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽـﻪ‌ها در ﺷـﺮایﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ شد.

 
جنبه‌های نوآوری

  1. نانوذرات نقره سبب افزایش تنش در دانه‌رست‌های رقم‌های برنج شد.
  2. پیش‌تیمار آسکوربات و کلریدکلسیم به ترتیب سبب بهبود جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه‌های برنج در تنش خشکی شد.
