چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: آلودگی فلزات سنگین امروزه یکی از مشکلات مهم محیط زیست می‌باشد. این دسته فلزات با تجمع در زنجیره غذایی خطرات بسیار زیادی برای بشر و جانداران دارند. در بین فلزات سنگین سرب به‌عنوان خطرناکترین فلز سنگین آلاینده محیط زیست بوده که بیشتر از طریق صنایع ساخت باطری‌های سربی، افزودنی‌های رنگ و بنزین، حشره کش‌ها، کودهای شیمیائی، اگزوز اتومبیل و لحیم کاری وارد محیط زیست می‌گردد. از این‌رو این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی اثر سرب بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی و تغییرات بیوشیمیایی دو رقم گندم (ارقام چمران و کوهدشت) به اجرا درآمد.
مواد و روش‌ها: به‌منظور ارزیابی خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی و تغییرات بیوشیمیایی دو رقم گندم تحت شرایط تنش سرب با استفاده از مدل سیگموئیدی سه پارامتره، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصافی با سه تکرار انجام شد. عامل اول شامل دو رقم چمران و کوهدشت و عامل دوم شامل 6 تنش نیترات سرب (صفر، 25/0، 50/0، 75/0، 1 و 5/1 ‌میلی‌گرم در لیتر) بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد با افزایش سطوح نیترات سرب درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، درصد گیاهچه طبیعی، طول گیاهچه، وزن خشک گیاهچه و بنیه گیاهچه برای هر دو رقم کاهش یافت. نتایج مربوط به برازش مدل سیگموئیدی سه پارامتره نشان داد که حداکثر میزان صفات اندازه‌گیری شده و غلظتی از تنش سرب که صفات اندازه‌گیری شده به 50 درصد نهایی رسیدند مربوط به رقم چمران بود. بالاترین درصد جوانه‌زنی (96 درصد)، سرعت جوانه‌زنی (23 بذر در روز)، درصد گیاهچه طبیعی (33/93 درصد)، طول گیاهچه (07/13 سانتی‌متر)، وزن خشک گیاهچه (07/0 گرم) و بنیه گیاهچه (18/12) مربوط به رقم چمران و شرایط بدون تنش بود ولی با رقم کوهدشت اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشت. به‌طورکلی با افزایش شدت تنش سرب از صفر به 5/1 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر، درصد جوانه‌زنی برای ارقام چمران و کوهدشت به‌ترتیب کاهشی 82 و 93 درصدی و درصد گیاهچه طبیعی کاهشی 95 و 100 درصدی را نشان داد. با افزایش شدت تنش فلز سنگین سرب میزان پرولین و آنزیم کاتالاز در هر دو رقم افزایش یافت. در هر دو رقم با افزایش شدت تنش میزان پروتئین به‌شدت کاهش یافت.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طورکلی نتایج نشان داد که تنش سرب به‌طور معنی‌داری بر شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و کاتالاز، پرولین و پروتئین گندم تأثیر داشت. در نهایت می‌توان بیان داشت که در مناطق با تجمع فلز سنگین سرب می‌توان با انتخاب رقم مناسب تا حدودی خسارات ناشی از تنش سرب را جبران نمود که از بین دو رقم چمران و کوهدشت جهت کشت در چنین شرایطی رقم چمران به‌نظر مناسب‌تر می‌باشد.

  1. بررسی اثر تنش سرب بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی بذر گندم.
  2. استفاده از تابع سه پارامتره سیگموئیدی جهت بررسی روند تغییرات بیوشیمیایی و جوانه‌زنی بذر گندم تحت شرایط تنش سرب.
