چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: حالت خواب به‌عنوان یک شیوه اجتناب از تنش‌های اقلیمی اهمیت زیادی در حفظ گونه‌های گیاهی دارد که شامل خواب فیزیولوژیکی، فیزیکی، مورفولوژیکی و مورفوفیزیولوژیکی می‌باشد. سختی پوسته بذر یکی از دلایل اصلی بروز خواب در گیاهان خانواده لگومینوز است. یکی از سازوکارهای اصلی شکست خواب بذر در گیاهان خانواده لگومینوز استفاده از تیمارهای خراش‌دهی است. از آن‌جایی که کمبود اکسیژن از عوامل القاءکننده خواب است، تیمار خراش‌دهی به‌واسطه تسهیل در تبادل گازها به‌ویژه اکسیژن و دی‌اکسید کربن، سبب برطرف شدن خواب بذر و در نهایت افزایش درصد جوانه‌زنی می‌گردد. پرایمینگ با اسید جیبرلیک نیز در شکست خواب فیزیولوژیک در گونه‌های گیاهی که دچار خواب می‌باشند مؤثر واقع شده و موجب جوانه‌زنی می‌شود. بدین منظور هدف از این تحقیق بررسی شکست خواب، جوانه‌زنی و یافتن مناسب‌ترین تیمار جهت برطرف نمودن خواب بذر سه اکوتیپ گون مرتعی می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر در سال 1392 در آزمایشگاه زراعت دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه لرستان بهصورت فاکتوریل دو عاملی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرارانجام شد. عامل اول شامل سه اکوتیپگون مرتعی سمیرم، دماوند و زنجان و عامل دوم شامل تیمارهای شکست خواب بود. تیمارهای اعمال شده عبارت بودند از: شاهد، خراش‌دهی مکانیکی (خراش‌دهی با سمباده) به‌همراه سرمادهی به‌مدت زمان‌های 10، 20 و 30 روز در دمای 4 درجه سلسیوس ، خراش‌دهی مکانیکی به‌همراه اسید جیبرلیک با غلظت 400 و 500 میلی‌گرم در لیتربه‌مدت زمان 48 ساعت، خراش‌دهی شیمیایی با اسید سولفوریک 96 درصد به‌مدت زمان‌های 2 و 4 دقیقه، خراش‌دهی مکانیکی به‌همراه نیترات پتاسیم 2 درصد به‌مدت زمان 72 ساعت، خراش‌دهی مکانیکی به‌همراه اسیدجیبرلیک 400 میلی‌گرم در لیتر به‌مدت زمان 48 ساعت با سرمادهی 20 روز. صفات اندازه‌گیری شده شامل درصد جوانه‌زنی، میانگین زمان جوانه‌زنی، طول گیاهچه، وزن تر گیاهچه، وزن خشک گیاهچه و فعالیت آنزیم آلفاآمیلاز بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که برهم‌کنش اکوتیپ در تیمار شکست خواب بذر برای کلیه صفات معنی‌دار گردید. بر مبنای نتایج مقایسه میانگین اکوتیپ دماوند در اکثر مؤلفه‌های جوانه‌زنی نسبت به دو اکوتیپ سمیرم و زنجان برتر بود. در مقایسه بین تیمارهای اعمال شده، تیمار خراش‌دهی مکانیکی به‌همراه اسید جیبرلیک 400 میلی‌گرم در لیتر بر افزایش برخی شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه‌ای بیشترین تأثیر را داشت. تیمار خراش‌دهی مکانیکی به‌همراه اسید جیبرلیک 400 میلی‌گرم در لیتر با سرمادهی 20 روز نسبت به دیگر تیمارهای اعمال شده سبب افزایش درصد جوانه‌زنی کل در اکوتیپ سمیرم با میانگین 67/84 درصد شد و بر افزایش فعالیت آنزیم آلفاآمیلاز تأثیر بیشتری داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد خواب بذر گون از نوع فیزیولوژیک نباشد و افزایش جوانه‌زنی می‌تواند ناشی از خراش‌دهی مکانیکی در شکست خواب فیزیکی به‌علاوه اثر پرایمینگدر اثر دو عامل سرما و اسید جیبرلیک باشد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1-تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف شکست خواب بر جوانه‌زنی بذر گون بررسی شد.
2- فعالیت آنزیمآلفاآمیلازبذر گون تحت تأثیر تیمارهای شکست خواب افزایش یافت.
